An excellent hotel, with excellent service, a comfortable courtyard and super helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and cafe in the hotel. Good location, I recommend it.

AC did not work properly and 1 day the staff simply turned it off. This is NOT a luxury hotel. Breakfast is not up to luxury standards. May be OK if you are a Central Asian business person. If AC worked it would be an adequate 3 star hotel. Physically the room and bathroom were OK, but without AC, it was not OK. Poor front desk staff attitude who either did not speak English, or more likely, pretended not to. Lower level staff were fine but, understandably, did not speak English which is totally OK. At a luxury hotel in a major international destination, front desk staff should speak English.

Assegnata una camera sopra la strada molto trafficata. Ho chiesto di cambiarla, ma non hanno voluto/potuto. Dormito poco e male. Segni del passaggio dei precedenti ospiti nel water … camera spaziosa e ben fornita. Colazione adeguata alla categoria.

Very high quality in everything, rooms spacious and nicely furnished, immaculate, clean, comfortable, good wifi, staff helpful, only drawback that it's some distance from the tourist highlights, so taking a taxi necessary but they are dirt cheap

Albergo molto confortevole, ho apprezzato la presenza del bidet in bagno. Personale disponibile e gentile. Bella la piscina. Ambienti curati e puliti. Servizio ristorante buono. L'albergo migliore del tour Mistral. Da migliorare l'ambiente della palestra.

Perfect location for people, traveling by early morning train. Only few minutes bu taxi from railway station (approximely 3 km). The same distance to city centre. Silent, clean, cosy and comfortable rooms. Some has balconies. Very friendly and helpfull staff at the reception and in european cuisine restaurant on the ground floor. As for me, It's realy nice hotel with a small pool.

Hotel moderno, lontano dal centro citta',con piscina all'aperto.Le camere sono molto confortevoli,spaziose e pulite,dotate di bollitore,frigobar ,cassaforte e tv a schermo piatto( si riceve anche il primo canale RAI).La colazione molto varia ,con frutta fresca dolcissima.

Ci siamo fermati due notti in questo hotel a Samarcanda. Le camere sono spaziose e non manca nulla. L’hotel è dotato di piscina. La cena soddisfacente: antipasto con le loro squisite melanzane croccanti, involtino di pasta sfoglia, vellutata, pollo e macedonia. Colazione con ampia scelta. Una pecca: ho chiesto una seconda chiave ed ho ricevuto risposta negativa. Peccato!!!
