To answer The General Manager's response. First of all, we took great care of our belongings. We were not informed about the bad weather conditions even the captain was seen unprepared. The strong waves resulted in significant water entering the boat, leaving us soaked, scared, and stressed. We don't want any of our things to be damaged, as we were hoping for a pleasant staycation. I understand that your IT team attempted to dry my laptop using RICE. Is this considered a standard or effective method for fixing a laptop? This experience highlights a lack of aftercare for your clients. 🙅♀️👎

Worst luxury resort. Overrated. No safety precaution. We are all soaking wet during our boat ride from the port to the resort. As a result, our laptop was DAMAGED, and to our dismay, the resort was unable to provide any support for its repair. Despite our need for assistance, the resort offered NO practical solutions or referrals to repair services, leaving us in a frustrating and helpless situation. NEVER AGAIN

The place was so good and the staff is very welcoming plan to go back again. The rooms was very clean and the resort so aesthetics view perfect for vacation. I will recommended this place to my friends and family maybe next month or next year i come back

Our stay at Pearl Farm Beach Resort exceeded every expectation we had. We truly felt like we were in paradise, the resort is breathtaking beyond what the photos can convey. There were so many activities available at almost at any time - including snorkelling, jet-skiing , kayaking, massages etc and the staff are always accomodating and helpful. We stayed in a Samal overlooking incredible views of the ocean and Mt Apo on a clear day, the rooms were perfectly sized and clean, we loved falling asleep to the ocean and waking up to feed fish from our balcony. The best part of this whole experience however, has to be the staff. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile, were always so friendly and up to help - I got an allergic reaction during my stay, and the on-site nurse - Eduardo kindly spent the entire week ensuring I was taken care of. We are touched by the generosity of the staff at Pearl Farm Beach Resort and would be delighted to come back again in the future with our friends and family. We enjoyed the most relaxing holiday we've ever had at the Pearl Farm Beach Resort located in Samal Island Philippines. Our Villa (Samal Villa) was built on stilts on the ocean with clear turquoise blue water where you can actually see corals & fishes. The sound of the water at night gave us best sleeps we've ever had. The food, the native dishes were all organic and sourced locally, tasty & delicious. My favourite is the crispy, suckling roast pork. The varieties of fresh salads, fruits & vegetables were amazing, delicious. The local native desserts were to die for. The freshly caught huge one meter tuna was cut up and served as 'sasgim'.,and the seafood was amazing n fresh. The daily afternoon cocktails and canapés was a hit with the guests. We were spoiled every afternoon with daily massages by professional masseuse. Daily swims, snorkelling and island hopping we're fantastic. The best thing was the family rooms were built away from couples room which made it so relaxing for us. The sunset cruise was stunning And beautiful and is the highlight of our very relaxing holiday.
