Fantastic hotel right near the beach in a quiet location. Would be a romantic stay for couples room decor really nice and rooms super comfy. Staff friendly but do not speak much English. Hotel in a very quiet location a car or motor bike is a must to get around.

The hotel is right at the beach front. Our room is on the second floor and had the front row view of the beach. However, that is the only highlight. Our room is not very well thought out. Furniture was not practical. There is one arm chair and a sofa. No proper desk or chair to sit down if you want to work your computer. The main light switch is on the OUTSIDE of the room. It is super weird that you have to GET OUT of the room to turn off your lights at night. Our room was heavily sprayed with perfume -- a standard procedure for all rooms (I asked). The ceiling in our bathroom had mold spots and water damage. This is not what I'd expect for a four+ star hotel. The pool on the third floor had a sign saying that it was ozone treated but the water was down right murky. We did not even dare putting our feet in. The hotel refused to take my credit card for our dinner charge as it was less than 1,000 Baht since ”there would be additional bank fees involved”. I have not seen any highly-rated hotel having minimum requirements for incidental charges. After paying over 10,000 Baht for a two-night stay, this is the level of service they provide for a four/five-star hotel? I can go somewhere else. Breakfast is only served from 8-10am. The menu is very limited. The name of the resort has ”bakery” in it but there was no baked goods offered. I'm not sure how they can pride themselves with the word ”bakery”. Dinner was pricey for the quality and taste. If you are not absolutely knackered, you'll be better off driving somewhere else to eat. Overall, we had a high expectation for our stay. The location is great and pictures look nice. The staff were friendly and trying their best. That is about it. Food, facilities, and service were meh. Not a very well managed hotel that you can expect at this price. There are better places for less money.

Discovered this beautiful resort and what beautiful piece of paradise. Stayed in the chalet and it was wonderfully quiet at night and lovely and hectic during the day. The beach is just unbelievable for swimming and long walks. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I will be coming back again. Its paradise.

Es ist einfach traumhaft !!! Wir waren nun zum 3. mal in diesem Resort und wir werden auch ein 4. mal wieder dorthin wollen. Das sagt ja eigentlich schon alles. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön,ruhig ,sauber und direkt am Pool. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend ,thailändisch und europäisch. Es gibt sogar selbstgebackenes Brot ,guten Kaffee ,Tee ,Säfte etc. ,viele Eierspeisen , Joghurt mit Müsli und immer frisches Obst. Das Personal ist immer gleich freundlich, für uns war es ein Gefühl ,als kämen wir nach Hause. Alle Probleme wurden sofort beseitigt. Wir hatten z.B. ziemlich harte Matratzen, so dass wir nicht gut schlafen konnten. Ein Wort an der Rezeption und kurze Zeit später hatten wir einen Topper auf der Matratze. Oder auf Anfrage bekamen wir ein Sonnensegel für unsere Dachterrasse. Mit den relativ neuen Fahrrädern machte sogar das Fahrradfahren Spass. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und danken auf diesem Wege nochmal der ganzen Belegschaft.
