If safety is your concern when staying, this hotel may not be your first choice.
After checking into the room, two men and women in casual clothes suddenly opened the room door with a room card without any notice. They did not introduce themselves and said a few words about the purpose of suddenly entering the room. After speaking in a non-English language, close the door and leave. We immediately checked with the hotel, but the hotel said they had no way to view the CCTV. Then we notified the hotel reservation department via email to state the incident. The other party said that the hotel would contact us again to follow up on the incident. As a result, no staff offered to assist us before check-out. We had to report the incident to the hotel again when we checked out, and the final answer we received was from an outsourced staff member. This result is obviously not ideal. 
In addition, the room we checked in had not been cleaned yet, and the toilet was full of urine stains, which was terrible.

The hotel is positioned at a fortunate location, next to a castle and near many useful services. Although the hotel has many rooms with a fine view, we got one that looks to just the neughbouring rooms. If you get a room above number 400, you are out of luck. They just placed there curtains with the picture of the castle, and charge you the same price as if it was the actual view... Room is small a bit, dusty. They will try to make you skip the daily cleaning with the smart device that is provided for you. The colors of those choices on the smart device are designed to make you feel bad for choosing daily room cleaning, eventhough you paid for it. The beds are alright, won't make a noise if you have some action. For some reason the amount of toilet paper provided is just enough to make it to the next day. The breakfast is fine with a wild palette of options, fairly overpriced though. Just as the hotel itself. No idea how this is supposed to be a four-star hotel. Solid three at maximum.

Es startete schon mit unfreundlicher Begrüßung beim Empfang! Man hatte den Eindruck unerwünscht zu sein! Keine Frage nach Anreise oder sonstigen… es golgten 2 Unterschriften auf dem Tablett, Zimmerkarte in die Hand gedrückt - keine Erklärung zum Haus oder sonstiges. Wünsche bei Buchung wurden missachtet oder bei Nachfrage unfreundliche Rückantwort! Im Zimmer war der „Kleiderschrank“ schon gefüllt mit dem Bettzeug für eine mögliche aufbettung . Du unfreundliche Art und und Weise zog sich durch den gesamten 2 tägigen Aufenthalt- an der Bar , beim Frühstücksservice… Die Lage vom Hotel top , wenn an der Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit der Zimmer gearbeitet wird, wäre es ein schönes Hotel mit Spielzimmer für die Kinder

Tolles Hotel, super Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden gegen Aufpreis. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Schöner Aufenthaltsbereich für Abends mit möglicher Verpflegung. Das Hotel war die beste Entscheidung.

Das Frühstück und der Indoor Spielbereich sind sensationell. Außerdem ist die Lage einfach wunderbar und auch die Inneneinrichtung der Apartments sehr stilvoll. Auf unseren Wunsch bezüglich Gitterbetten wurde sofort positive reagiert! Leider war das Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt, deswegen auch der Abzug in der Bewertung...

Der Start im Hotel war etwas schwierig, die Begrüssung nicht wirklich freundlich, zudem funktionierte im Zimmer der Strom nicht, was offenbar am Hotelkartenleser bei der Tür lag. Dafür erhielten wir keine Entschuldigung, aber dafür ein Zimmer-Upgrade in ein Appartement, das wir natürlich gerne annahmen. Mit diesem waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Es war geräumig, hatte ein seperates WC und 2 einzelne Kinderbetten statt ein Stockbett (keine Gefahr des Herunterfallens). Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und gut. Leider gab es am Sonntag- und Montagabend nur sehr wenig Warmes im Restaurant (Aufback-Pizza/-Pinsa oder Käsetoast), da die Küche geschlossen war, was weder der Website noch der Speisekarte zu entnehmen war. Vielmehr steht dort (nach wie vor), dass es täglich warme Küche bis 20:30 Uhr gebe. Toll war das zweistöckige Spielzimmer mit direktem Zugang vom Restaurant, wobei der obere Stock von diesem einsehbar ist. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel für Familien weiterempfehlen, der Aufenthalt hat uns und den Kindern gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch gut, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt.

Hotel is situated nicely close to old town. Hotel is clean and in good shape. The breakfast was really good and everyone can one find sonething they like. Personnel was quite friendly and helpful. In bar there were two person who managed well pouring beerbfrom tap, but any other drink created huge challenge for them!
