Decepção total. O quarto estava sujo e velho, o banheiro com vazamento, e o chuveiro pingando o tempo todo. O ar-condicionado era imundo e extremamente barulhento. As camas têm base de alvenaria, e, por baixo dos colchões, parecia que nunca levantavam para limpar. Havia fios expostos, não tinha luz no quarto e o banheiro era simplesmente nojento. Os funcionários eram grosseiros e nem sequer davam bom dia. Sem dúvidas, essa foi a pior hospedagem da minha vida. Não desejo que ninguém tenha que passar nem uma noite neste lugar

Custo benefício muito bom. Carece de reforma. problemas de acústica, ar condicionado, infiltrações, troca de tapetes dos banheiros e manutenção em geral.

Check in sem lençóis. Lençóis chegaram após “limpeza” mofados e sujos. Televisão não funcionava. Toalhas tivemos q implorar pra receber. Péssimo. Sujo e mal cuidado. Pessoas reclamavam na recepção por ter o mesmo problema e pedia dinheiro de volta, mas não foram atendidas.

A localização é boa, próxima ao ponto do brt que leva à rodoviária, tem boas opções de comércio e serviços e vista para o mar. As diárias estavam mais caras que o normal, após o início do verão.
