From the initial service at the Catussaba resort, I don't remember the name of the employee, she was very cordial and kind and served us very well... we arrived a little before the scheduled time and they already provided us with a room... As there were 4 of us (a couple and two children ) we waited for the room to be ready to receive us... the sofa bed was not made up, we asked and they quickly resolved it... when I went to get comfortable in my bed I noticed that there was apparently a blood stain and I took a good look at the hair... we called the reception and asked them to kindly change the bed cover... when we returned to the room I saw that the stain was no longer there... apparently it had been changed, however, when I pulled the blanket to lie down... I felt deceived as they had gone to the trouble of just turning the dirty bed cover …
Oh, we asked three times to change the control of one of the TVs or change the batteries... we left there without anyone having solved such a simple problem...
Another issue worth mentioning is that the hotel urgently needs to check… regarding the air extractor fan in room 217… it wasn't working! On the second day, my children no longer enjoyed the hotel because they became ill and the air quality made the situation even worse. Things that shouldn't go unnoticed!!!!
The hotel has a varied breakfast, everything is very tasty, the pool is warm, the staff who work in this area need more training as one person keeps passing the customer on to another... perhaps the workforce is heavy as there are few professionals to meet the demand (holiday).
The kids loved the playground, the beach is beautiful! The structure of the hotel is very good! The atmosphere is super pleasant at night!
