Good hotel option in Salvador, just need adjust partnership relationships with booking operators as I was charged twice for my reservation. It was a great stay as the staff is friendly and attentive. Was able to use the facilities after check out

Hotel envelhecido, necessitando de reforma urgente. Jamais categoria 5 estrelas ou do roteiro do Charme. Colchão velho, com desnível no meio. Lençol de baixo não é preso por elástico nos cantos, como em qualquer hotel do Planeta, é básico isso. Fica soltando durante a noite😩Toalhas e lençóis bem envelhecidos, móveis também. Café da manhã ruim. Staff bem cordial e receptivo. Absolutamente me arrependi de não ter lido os reviews antes de fazer a reserva.

O hotel encontra-se em estado de conservação lamentável. Falta cuidado, atenção e capricho. Paredes e janelas na fachada descascando, marcas de sujeira nas paredes internas, jardim mal cuidado. Café da manhã de baixa qualidade. Péssima relação custo benefício, especialmente por se tratar de um hotel que se intitula “de charme“.

O Zank é um hotel pequeno numa ladeira em Rio Vermelho, Salvador. A recepção fica em um casarão que está um pouco mal cuidado, diferente das fotos. Mas não perde o charme. Quando chegamos nos incomodamos com o barulho de uma retroescavadeira (isso mesmo!!!) trabalhando numa obra no terreno vizinho. Pensamos em desistir e nos foi oferecido um outro quarto ou o dinheiro de volta. Gerente Jessica muito atenciosa. Ficamos. Nosso quarto era standard mas muito bom. Não precisa mais. A parte da piscina é muito bacana e a parte nova do hotel está bem cuidado. E todos são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é a lá Carte. Demora um pouco mas tudo vem feito na hora. Agradecemos a todos que nos atenderam. Recomendamos e voltaríamos.

Nem sei por onde começar: - hotel lindo mas bem mal cuidado. Precisa de muitas reformas. -cheguei no meu quarto e quando fui lavar o rosto na pia, ela transbordou pq estava entupida. Um funcionário tentou arrumar sem sucesso (teve que colocar um balde embaixo porque começou a pingar também) e só no dia seguinte conseguiriam arrumar. Arrumaram. - trilho do banheiro muito sujo (acho que nunca recebeu uma limpeza) - agora a pior parte: MINHA ROUPA DE CAMA e a do quarto da minha irmã ESTAVAM SUJAS DE SANGUE! Lençol E travesseiro! Reclamamos e mal um pedido de desculpas recebemos. Ponto positivo: o restaurante, bar (o Barman Domingos é excelente) e os funcionários (tirando quem é responsável pela limpeza das roupas de cama). Enfim. Não volto e não recomendo!

Hotel é charmoso, confortável e conta com um bom atendimento por parte dos seus colaboradores. Necessita de uma melhor manutenção. Há um hofftop com uma piscina gostosa onde também tem um espaço confortável para massagens. Os quartos são grandes e confortáveis, bom café da manhã em uma localização estratégica para quem quer explorar o mais boêmios dos bairros de Salvador, o Rio Vermelho.

C’est mon quatrième séjour dans cet hôtel, toujours très agréable. Mais tout a changé, le confort n’est plus la, on doit remplir à l’arrivée une fiche renseignant les choix pour le petit déjeuner… qui ne sert à rien car les serveurs amènent à tout le monde la même chose ! J’ai demandé du thé noir et j’ai eu du café , j’ai demandé des jus de fruits qui ne sont jamais arrivés ! Pire : il est impossible d’obtenir une consommation au bord de la piscine avant 18h car tout est fermé…!

Boa Localização, bom serviço. Quartos com boas instalações, banheiro amplo ( mas tivemos dificuldade em regular a temperatura da água. Café da manhã no quarto ou no restaurante. Staff atencioso e simpatico.
