Me cancelaron la reservacion y me quede sin dormir a las 2 de la mañana jamas volveria a pedir una reservacion aqui , de la cola llegamos y no nos respetaron reservacion y nos hicieron pagar una mas cara finalmente nos quedamos aqui pagando ms de lo que habiamos reservado

Muy bonito y muy limpio. Nos dieron una suite en el quinto piso y era como un pequeño departamento. Muy amable el personal, la cama muy cómoda. Tiene una vista muy linda a la ciudad, una terraza en el quinto piso muy agradable y hasta un jacuzzi. Por $1,300 pesos la noche me pareció excelente.

Met our needs. Clean. Comfortable bed. The underground parking garage was our deciding factor as we were traveling with a loaded vehicle we did not want to unload overnight. Staff was nice. Would stay again.

Great location. Weird noises throughout the stay, as if from ducts or electrical. Horrendous wifi. If you need wifi, find somewhere else. Convenient parking beneath the hotel with an elevator leading directly to rooms. The room is fine and the value for a stay is very good.

Very good service, clean rooms, near to the mains streets and down town. The price is ok, good breackfast service, you have access to the hotel parking. The rooms with two beads is enough for 4 persons.

Instalaciones limpias y cómodas. Ubicación y precio accesible, personal amable. Estacionamiento seguro. Salvo 2 comentarios: 1. El elevador estaba en mantenimiento (nos tocó en 5o piso) tuvimos que subir escaleras cargando equipajes. 2. Las habitaciones no cuentan con aislamiento suficiente de ruido. Llegaron huéspedes 5 am con plática en voz alta y haciendo mucho ruido en pasillos, nos despertaron y no dejaban dormir. Sin embargo al reportar al personal de recepción, nos apoyaron y personalmente fueron a hablar con ellos hasta que guardaron silencio. Muchas gracias!
