Even though the place is modest. The service is excellent. The attitude of those who serve is fantastic. Andrea the receptionist is very friendly and attentive. Don Raymundo the concierge is very optimistic and has a great service attitude. Its staff makes this hotel unique. The cleanliness is extraordinary. Hot water. Heating in the room. It has underground parking within the same hotel. I have no complaints and highly recommend it.

Old with mold. The hotel is not like the pictures. The hotel is old and has water leaks. The repairs over the years have been done badly. There is much to upgrade and repair. There is literally water dripping through the ceiling on the 5th floor. The 5th floor smells like mold. I couldnt take it and was concerned about my health so I complained about the smell and was given a different room which was much better. The king beds are super hard. Unacceptible. The front desk staff were nice. So if you want nice staff this is your place. If you want a clean decent room, this isnt your place.

Very Unsafe place, The door locks have been forced open , you can see to the inside of the rooms through the holes next to the locks , courtains are falling down, elevator shakes when you are inside, pool was not usable, they were "repairing it", Some of the closets can lead to another room... It is like a horror movie hotel... I don't recommend it at all...

If you have the opportunity to stay here. miss it! It's incredible how they invest in photography and not in facilities. The truth is the hotel is depressing. the climate is central and does not work. smelly bedding. televisions from the 80s

Old hotel, television. It does not work, the central air of poor quality, I requested an invoice for the stay and they denied it, the rooms were very neglected and old, I do not recommend it and for 900 pesos, it is not worth it

We had booked this hotel for a weekend in Saltillo, which was about right. I wouldn't want to stay here for an extended period of time though. The private parking might or might not be safe, since it has open access to the street, but is a plus compared to having to leave you car out in the street. The hotel is old and looks it. The room, although sufficiently comfortable, was rather dilapidated. The first thing we noticed were ugly brown water stains around the door and from the airco switch, which might be hazardous for one's health. It didn't put our minds at ease that at the top floor above was a swimming pool. After checking it out we noticed it wasn't right above us so that was not the source of the stains.. phewww. Also on the top floor is a space for a restaurant which would be a great venue for a dinner with a night time view of the city but it's only opened for larger groups. Another missed opportunity for the management. When I went up to see if I could take some photos nonetheless some young men were cleaning broken glass from a window that had been broken while they mentioned the door had been forced. Makes one wonder about the security of the place. The service is friendly and they reacted immediately when I went to report a mob of teenagers who had come from the pool, yelling and screaming in the hallways and banging on the door of our room, which was rather unsettling for my wife. All in all a fairly good place for a short stay. Plusses: very near the historic centre and the interesting locations, economic. Cons: old, cheap, somewhat run down, no facilities such as restaurant or breakfast service.
