Old money style, the hotel is well maintained.
Check out time is 11 o'clock, which is too early.
Parking lots are also more expensive. $6 an hour, $30 a day.

The room is spacious and the toilet and bathroom are separate. But the facilities are old and it feels like a five-star hotel from 20 years ago. No washlet!
There is no suitable place to put the coffee machine, there are few places for power plugs, and there is no USB socket.
The swimming pool is nice and there is a family changing room where the family can change clothes in one room, which is very good!

I didn't really like staying in old hotels, but I booked it decisively when I saw the high ratings and good location. Sure enough, it is worth the money. The hotel has the feeling of the Hong Kong peninsula. Although it has a history, it is well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are large. The outdoor swimming pool is very lively in the afternoon. The restaurant on the first floor has a good environment, but the dishes are too salty

We had a show we attended at the grand American that was exceptional. I decided to surprise my wife with an overnight stay and enjoy the food and a gorgeous room instead of the short drive home. It was the right move. We had a great time, but should have ordered room service instead of sleeping in so late!!!

Fantastic hotel - 2 nights were not enough. Decor in the room and throughout the hotel was beautiful and well maintained. We had an Executive Suite (Room 1766) with king size bed and balcony stretching over the two rooms. The 6 elevators were fast and efficient. Breakfast in the restaurant was plentiful and delicious. Staff was courteous and responsive.
