The hotel is located in a forest-covered seaside town, and the surrounding area is quiet and comfortable. The room is very large and comfortable, with a terrace and a beautiful sunset view. The breakfast buffet is very good, and the hotel brand and facilities are much higher than four-star standards, close to five-star standards. It feels a bit like a hotel in Sanya, Hainan.

Hotel para familias con niños
El hotel esta muy bien para familias con niños, muy buenas piscinas, juegos y sobre todos un equipo de animación excepcional.
Me gusta mucho las fiestas que hacen por las noches para los niños.
Solamente le veo un pontu de mejora. A mediodía no abren el bufet y hay que comer en alguno de los dos restaurantes. En estos restaurantes la comida que sirven es de bastante baja calidad, prácticamente todo es "congelado de bolsa" y en general muy pobre.
Les sugiero que hagan una carta mejor o que abrán el bufet a mediodía.

Peut mieux faire
Problème d’attente pour l’enregistrement demie heure de queue et une fois dans la chambre pas d’eau chaude. Les techniciens sont rapidement dépêchés sur place mais deux bonnes heures avant que l’eau chaude arrive. Service restauration satisfaisant et grande variété de choix pour tous les goûts. Hôtel correct. Mais on attend mieux d’un 4 étoiles

Recently spent an enjoyable week in the hotel on a half board basis. Worth joining Club H10 as you get a welcome gift, free drink and earn points towards your next H10 stay. The room was comfortable, but in need of some maintenance. Unfortunately the sound proofing between the rooms was very poor and we could hear loud voices until 1.30am on several nights which affected our sleep. The food was good and varied but more vegetarian options would be welcome. The drinks in the bar and restaurant were very reasonably priced. You could also fill up water bottles for free. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and efficient. Very family friendly hotel so couples may prefer somewhere a bit quieter.

Just stayed at H 10 cap salou, it was very nice..not a lot around there just a few food bars 5 minutes away, but stop 2 mins to salou & pineda wich is a lovely place 5 mins on the bus ( beautiful beach there) the hotel is great for kids & entertainment for them.The food is brilliant lots of choice would stay again.

Fuimos en familia a principios de octubre y la verdad es que hemos estado genial. Los servicios son igual de buenos que en temporada alta y además todo va más rápido y en las piscinas hay sitio de sobra! Todos los empleados te dan un servicio espectacular y una cálida acogida. Destacar a Aitor que fue super amable y servicial con algunas dudas que tuvimos!! No somos demasiado de repetir sitio pero nos ha gustado tanto que intentaremos volver el año que viene!!

Este hotel es genial para pasar unos días en familia. La comida está súper bien, el servicio de recepción, bar, i restaurante genial, super simpáticos. Las camareras de pisos hacen muy buen trabajo!! La animación son jóvenes y simpáticos intentando involucrar a todo el mundo. Para acabar destacar el servicio de mantenimiento, tuvimos un pequeño problema en la habitación y lo dijimos a recepción y vinieron super rápido, amables y eficientes. Solución al momento!!! Vacaciones estupendas y volveremos seguro!!!
