The bed sheets were obviously stained, and the hotel shirked responsibility. Ctrip customer service didn't care at all and didn't provide any solutions or compensation. The hotel's deposit was 250 Canadian dollars, which was more expensive than the room rate. It was really unacceptable to let guests sleep on such bed sheets.

Everything is fine, except that breakfast ends at 09:30. After a long journey, the car and horse are tiring, and I can't rest in the morning. I set the alarm clock to get up and eat.

The front desk service very slow, always has mistakes. The breakfast is ok and refill food is very slow either. Only has one waffle maker and over 4-5 people waiting. Take u 20-30 mins to get a piece of waffle

Our bowling team thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay during the BC Senior Games. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the complimentary breakfast envied a cruise ship's morning buffet, the housekeeping staff is exemplary - providing spotless rooms, and extras, as needed when 5 women share 2 rooms! As a Marriott-Bonvoy member, I enjoyed the available discounts, and the genuine hospitality of the front desk team. Highly recommended, assisting us in every way possible to achieve our MEDAL win!

Mary at the front desk was very helpful. Room 201 had a mini fridge & microwave. A bit of a view but it also overlooked a section of the roof so kept curtains closed. Bathroom was spacious. My only negative is there are not many cable channels as primarily designed for people with netflix account, etc. Room was clean and bed was comfy. It is located on the outskirts of Salmon Arm.

Nice clean, quiet hotel, comfortable bed and walking distance to city centre and many restaurants. The included breakfast is good with ample choices. They have a pool and a fitness room which we didn’t use but they looked roomy, clean and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
