"Very well located hotel 2 minutes walk from the seaside and 30 minutes from the marina. There are several bus stops nearby, it is very easy to reach the city center of Kuwait. The standard rooms (for my part) are very spacious and the view is very pretty on the city (+ a small piece of the sea), facing the sunset! Small negative point: we can easily hear what is happening outside at the bottom of the hotel (road & parking) and in the corridor. It's a shame, but it doesn't spoil the rest. It is more than adequate for the price. The staff is very kind and attentive, whether at breakfast, at the reception or in the airport shuttle, and at any time! The continental breakfast is very good, it is complete, with choice. Everything you need for everyone! I totally recommend this hotel, whether for a single person, a couple or a family."

"The building is new and the apartment is clean, but there's no clothes rack. Plus, there's no teaboy for the hotel. The receptionist, an Egyptian, was awful; talking to him was like talking to a brick wall. As soon as I arrived, he immediately said checkout was 12 and repeated it three times, even though I had the checkout time clearly stated in my app. Also, the location on Trip.com is wrong, so you'll waste half your day searching. Call the hotel directly."
