Suitable for all family friends couples ... Senthil is help was too good....room service is good nice reception ..... overall is good ..thanks you transport is very comfortable because hotel is in Highway and restaurant is near by room very clean and neat

Very good,clean and spacious rooms..The staffs were so polite and helping.Mr Venkatesan,bell boy was very helpfull.The check in and check out was hazzle free.The bed linens and towels were clean and fresh.The breakfast and dinner was tasty and wide spread.

We stayed for a night , breakfast was awesome Rooms are clean , we received well and check out process was smooth, in room dinner and lunch was good , value for money , recommended for family sot stay , Pavithra welcomed us warmly and guided us and made the stay comfortable

Good stay with great ambience as it was diwali the atmosphere was colorful and filled with festive atmosphere. . Good stay with great ambience for the festival of lights as it was the precursor to diwali week. With all the rush they were still able to take care of each guest. Great hospitality and warm staff members.

Food was good. Staff is very welcoming. Rooms are too cold though and the thermostat is a little difficult to adjust. Ambience is good and authentic. The pool was closed for renovation so missed out on that. Overall good experience. Will definitely recommend to another person

The house keeping & staff nature were friendly to the professionals. I love to recommed to my friends & family for good relaxed stay. Especially in salen its the best to prefer the one near by. Clean and comfy hotel in city centre We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre."
