One of the best resorts in yercauds but unfortunate it doesn’t make you feel come back to it again. As much the place was neatly done, we faced several challenges from delay in food, no mobile signal, no wifi, travel to & back from the resort. That said, it was also a challenge for the folks of the resort as they were operating at full capacity and didn’t seem to have enough resources to handle it. But to appreciate, all the staff was very courteous even in these situations and handled us with respect. Much deserved place that deserves a lot more improvement to truly become a four star.

This is my second time here! The place is beautifully maintained. Comfiest beds, peaceful ambience and amazing weather. Food was good. Waiting time was pretty high so that's one thing to improve on. The wifi is extremely slow and doesn't connect most of the time; since the network here is so bad having wifi is an expectation. Otherwise, this place is fantastic!! Sweet staff and very accommodating of the guests. Decor is well made and elegant. Would highly recommended this place to everyone.

Service was very good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with best interiors. Very calm environment built with lots of detailing. Very good place to relax with friends and family. Food was good and they are cooperative. A good trip.

Room was spacious specially jacuzzi tub was awesome, Restaurant was clean and staffs at the restaurant were very friendly room service was satisfactory total resort property was filled so many art things which gives us a very pleasant feel

The stay at The Story resorts, Yercaud was pleasant. The rooms were neatly maintained and comfortable. The food was tasty with a decent variety ( Not too little nor too much). The support staff at the resort are courteous, well mannered and ready to assist.However the approach to the resort needs a lot of work to be done. The roads are very poor with abysmal lighting. There are no street lights in any of the streets leading to the hotel which makes it very unsafe to walk after Sunset. If this is paid attention to, the resort will be much much better
