Elgozo Hotel Dreams Paradise

One of the most poor hospitality I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Booked through Agoda and the hotel had even contacted to confirm my arrival time while I was on the way. When I reached hotel and tried checking in, suddenly asked us to cancel stating that they don’t have to the all meal plan that I booked and don’t have the booked type of room either. I told them I was even ready to continue with their breakfast plan alone with available room, but they told they can’t process my booking as the hotel mentioned in the name of previous management. They told me to inform agoda that the hotel is not having room and claim refund. I had to then contact the agoda service centre to clarify as their app stated no refund on cancellation. When the Agoda executive tried to call the hotel with me on hold, hotel guys never picked up the call even after multiple tries. Agoda then confirmed me that they will be refunding the amount. The true face of the hotel guys was known when immediately after I got cancellation confirmation, they asked me to pay higher directly to check in. During this entire process I had to keep my family waiting in cold mosquito infested reception. Also happen to see them asking another guest to pay additional amount apart from booking amount. Hotel looked never worth the money and such poor hospitality made me write this review. Never book this hotel if you want to have a peaceful holiday.

This hotel doesn’t provide basic amenities, no dental kits, even for soaps we need to ask. No cleanliness, I had booked suite which is not worth the stay, I highly recommend to avoid this stay as there is no proper parking available.

A perfect hotel with lowest price and more customer friendly....All the services are good and quicker.....Room service was excellent...More luxurious in its price ..A real paradise...where u can dream...peacefully...

Kind and friendly staffs, neat and clean rooms, spacious rooms, i recommend this resort to my friends, resort is located in prime location yercuard, parking is also good and safety wise I would recommend this to family as well. Especially I would like to thank Mr.Dhilip (manager of this resort) for kind cooperation and guidance.

Nice place to stay,friendly staff ,food was so good.we are enjoy this place the rooms washroom very cleaning the staff were very friendly very comfortable in the stay room. service nice the rooms enjoy

The entire setting was fantastic, with foggy hills that were lovely to behold in the early morning. Their service was excellent since they provided it with a great deal of kindness and patience for the guests.
