Enjoyed yercaud without missing home food. Climate was superb. Very friendly and ambient environment. Food served hot and special care. We can order food with our special need. Elders and kids can comfortably enjoy here. Thanks

Location and infrastructure wise the property is good. Things which can be improved if given attention is the service and cleanliness, as there is no intercom, and most of the time reception also stays empty so there is a lot of chaos when you need small-small things. Major disappointment was bedding and blanket, it was dirty to the level that it started itching. Both the points can be covered with some additional and attentive staff.

Don't trust these reviews, the management does not treat us well. I booked in this app and when we reached there, we insisted to see the room, the room manager said even if we see the room or not, that's the allotted room. No proper room service. I had a pathetic experience. They have the worst room interiors and the road was very pathetic. Pols don't book the room.
