The Property was neat and clean..We enjoyed our stay..Food and service was excellent...The Room were very clean and spacious... Friendly staffs.. whatever we need the next step they came and helped us..We would like to stay again in la feliz palacio..

Excellent stay with luxurious rooms.Food is very delicious and the ambient was awesome.Large swimming pool with neat and clean.House keeping,Food and everything was excellent......I prefer La Felix Palacio for an 5 star rating.Thankyou Team

Don't call it a hotel, our dharamsalas are better than this hotel. They don't have staff to serve, no glasses for water, no intercom, not shared food bills, no food during breakfast etc, etc. My holiday was totally disappointed because of the hotel.

Property was good no issues the rooms were very comfortable food was very horrible breakfast is a very limited manu and the same manu almost every day food plates, water glass, other small cups, spoons and forks were not cleaned properly after we showed the restaurant person again he got other spoons and other stuff that was also the same condition after 7am they will not serve coffee if we want drink coffee we have to wake up before 7am which they charging no net work, they placing a router to room that is not working properly every place we need to keep selecting the wifi, like room, reception, resturent, pool area all the place different wi-fi which was terrible experience night times power issues net work other things was ok manageable but restaurant and food is very worst also service week ends we need to wait for 1 hrs time for food it's new property it's looks good but small things they must notice locks at was room back doors, hankers on washroom doors, was room floor tiles was finished properly so the washroom will be very duty when we use no cleaning person will come to clean room or washroom even after 24hrs

Pleasant stay with spacious rooms. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the play area. Bon-fire was really good and totally worth it to spend time to dance and relax. The food was good, but the serving time needs to be optimised. I would recommend it if you are fine to stay away from the city centre. Because, there are no shops nearby and you need to travel around 4-5km to purchase anything.

I have recently visited this resort with my family.l was stunned to see the hospitality,they treat you like a VIP.The staffs were very friendly and humble.This place is like heaven.Overall I recommend this place to visit atleast once in a lifetime.

Amazing Resort located in Yercaud, Fantastic ambience, Large swimming pool, Delicious Food And Service.. Room were spacious and Luxurious.. Staffs were very polite and friendly... The welcome drink they provided by checkin time was very good

I m enjoying the stay 😍 fully satisfied for the entertainment like pool, indoor games & Dj with camp fire ( Dj speekers only small,need some woofers for great experience fr dance) *Foods r good, *Pool cleaning not good, *I m suggest my friends fr next trip🤩

Resort is located in calm Place with required amenities , Hospitality was good , Clean & neat rooms stayed in premium room it was well maintained. Nice location & good for family stays. complimentary Breakfast menu was ok. Overall good stay
