First room on the first floor was rough looking as if it was a rush cleaning. The room next door was full of loud people and dogs and there was no way I was going to even try to attempt to sleep there. Informed the front desk and was moved to the third floor to a new room. This newer room was comfortable and quiet.

This hotel had a dingy smell and huge clumps of dirt were tracked all over the hotel! Advertised pool was closed, green and full of leaves! Visiting construction workers were checking in with mud caked all over them. This could have been handled much better!

We stayed one night and arrived kind of late in the evening. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning. There is a pool and work-out room but we did not visit either.

Outlets don't work. One switch needs to be up, the other down. No where is this explained. No dial tone on phone. Unable to call front desk from room. Light bulb out. Book somewhere else. Nice looking hotel from the outside, but that was the extent. Bed linens were torn with material coming out. We went to use the pull out couch bed and it was dirty from the last use and smelled strong of urine. Shower pressure was only the highlite, the toilets barely flush. Wallpaper and pictures coming apart, vent fan in the bathroom had not been cleaned in months. Bottom line not worth the money.

A great hotel for families as we needed a quick sleep stop on the way to Tennessee. Great customer service - all staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast had hot and cold options again with friendly staff waiting to assist. The kids really loved the waffle maker! Would highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel. I really liked the king suite room, the layout was roomy. The breakfast was good, there were fresh eggs and sausage gravy, a waffle maker and the usual cereal and bread options.

The hotel desk receptionist lastnight was PREGNANT but outside smoking **** and constantly leaving her post. Anyone know her name? SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. Again the receptionist lastnight named Starr or something like that.
