L'accueil est toujours excellent. Les chambres sont agréables et calmes. L'équipement est complet. Le quartier est tranquille. Le tram est tout près. Le restaurant est aussi très bien et propose un bon choix. Côté animation le musicien m'a passé son oud et j'ai essayé de jouer jeux interdits mais c'est très difficile. Le personnel est très accueillant.

With the hope of staying in a Riad with a good rating, we arrived to stay for 2 nights… we had reserved a “SUITE” as this trip was our 46th wedding anniversary… according to my reservation, it should have… air conditioning… refrigerator… and endless of elements... which ONLY EXISTED IN THE PRINTED RESERVATION,,, since they do not exist in the room you reserve.... A heat that prevented us from sleeping... after our protest... and telling them that we were leaving the Riad to look for another hotel, they gave us a standing fan... which, although it refreshed the room a little, was not the remedy to be able to fall asleep... and to make things even worse, the mattress sank so much that you were almost trapped... very bad experience that we transferred to *********** and they couldn't resolve it, we packed our luggage and the next morning a day before after the For breakfast we went to a hotel in Rabat with air conditioning and an excellent choice… I wonder one thing…Booking. com is responsible for the products it sells to its customers as well... but on this occasion I think they should review establishments like this one that sell rooms that do not correspond to reality... Calm place and well located to travel by tram throughout Rabat and Sale. Quite large room with a living room. Copious and good breakfast. All the staff are nice and helpful, lovely. They let me rest and keep my backpack until the evening, without charging anything. I was exhausted, tired and a good massage, provided by a masseuse, allowed me to sleep well. When I return to Rabat, I will stay in that riad again. Thank you
