別府駅のすぐ近くにあり移動がスムーズに出来ました最上階に温泉かあり夜景を楽しむことが出来ました
。飲食街も賑やかでした。

奈良県の桜井駅から数分の場所に位置しているので、アクセスが良い。また、朝食はヘルシーな和食。
一方で、施設の老朽化がかなり進んでおり、建物内には補修の必要な個所が多々ある。
寒い日だったこともあるが、エアコンの設定温度を32度にしてもなかなか部屋が暖まらなかった。
また、個室内には手洗所が無く、わざわざ共用の洗面所まで行かなくてはならず不便。
個室内に冷蔵庫がなく、備え付けのテレビも小さく見づらかった。
共用のお風呂場は狭く、特に、浴槽が一人用のユニットバスだったのには驚いた。
