Two wonderful nights at this perfect hotel.
Right next to the train station, and free parking if you are with a car.
Great breakfast and amenities, including the onsen on the 8th floor.
The reception team were so unbelievably helpful, helping us talk to the airline to reschedule a flight.
Highly recommend this great hotel.

This hotel is really great. The rooms are wide, there are hot springs (separate for men and women), and there are open-air hot springs. There are laundry rooms, vending machines, observation decks, and a lounge on the first floor. It is one stop away from Karuizawa. I really like it. The staff are very nice.

Parking is free and fun, the lobby and rooms are spacious, and the CP value is very high. After a full day in Karuizawa, I highly recommend staying in Saku next door for one night. There are many shops and restaurants nearby that are very lively.

This time I stayed in a hotel that was newly opened about a year ago. It is very close to the JR train station and the location is very convenient.
The hotel lobby is beautiful and the waiters are very friendly. The room we stayed in had a large bed, but the room had a lot of space. The hotel has hot spring facilities which are great.
