So, so, so disappointed in our room at the Belle Aurore. We had stayed there the previous year and had waited all year to go again for the amazing sea views from our room. When I booked I asked for the same room or something similar. Instead we were given a room with only sea views if you went up three terrible steps onto, I must admit, a lovely balcony. I could not manage the steep steps. There was no sea view from the small bedroom with certainly no "so called" bathroom. The only thing going for this hotel is the sea views and the expensive restaurant but our very expensive bedroom was awful.

I discovered La Belle Aurore when searching for hotels near St Tropez, I had a work commitment in St Tropez but did not want to stay there. Once I found La Belle Aurora I became quite obsessed with it and was lucky they had one room available. We loved our two night stay. Charles the manager and the entire staff were wonderful. The view from our lovely terrace could not be beat and hearing in the waves lull you to sleep was wonderful. The area by pool is so relaxing and easy to swim in the sea, we alternated between pool, sea and lounge chair. Close to the town but feels so remote. I look forward to returning to this gem on the Mediterranean.

A fuir. Accueil glacial, chambres hors d’âges, aménagements datant des années 60. Bar fermé. Bref, la vue superbe n’empêche pas un minimum de confort et de standing. Inacceptable au prix proposé. Regrettable qu’une situation aussi exceptionnelle soit gâchée par l’absence d’investissements et d’attention portée par les propriétaires. On a vraiment le sentiment de servir de cash machine.

Es un hotel muy caro para lo que te dan,cuartos muy chicos,hormigas en las habitaciones,el restaurante abre solo 2 horas en la mañana y 2 en la tarde. Me cobraron €22.00 por un pan y un café!!! No salen de su zona de confort para ayudar al los huéspedes. El bar esta muy mal surtido y lo que pidas muy caro. Se creen de primera pero son de cuarta!!

Cet hotel a la plus belle vue de sainte Maxime. Vue sur Saint Tropez. Vraiment les pieds dans l’eau. Très bien situé, centre-ville accessible à pied. Personnel très sympathique. Parking privé. Balcon avec vue mer et sur la piscine qui est très jolie.

Great hotel lovely staff I have stayed here 3 times now,location is great just 6 mins to St maxime Town centre and also have the beach by the pool. The only thing I would say is the bathrooms are dated apart from that it is an amazing place.

Nous arrivons à l'hôtel, le parking est inclus dans le prix de la chambre, la voiture peut ne pas bouger car le centre ville, les plages, et le théâtre de la mer sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes.... Nous arrivons ensuite à la réception où l'accueil est à la hauteur de nos espérances. Nous avons la chambre 11, avec balcon vue sur mer. La chambre est au 1er étage, spacieuse, agréable. Quand on dit "vue sur mer", ce n'est pas exagéré!!! Nous avons une vue directe sur la piscine à débordement et sur la mer, nous entendons les vagues.... (mais nous ne les entendons plus la nuit si nous fermons la fenêtre).. Une petite table sur le balcon où nous pouvons prendre le petit déjeuner... Si je devais émettre un souhait, ce serait d'avoir un espace café/thé car je me lève tôt et aime bien boire au lever.. Nous avons choisi de prendre le petit déjeuner dans la salle à manger, nous étions les premiers à 8 heures, nous étions juste devant la mer. Le buffet est varié, avec des oranges pressées, bon choix de produits. J'émettrais juste une petite réserve : les oeufs cuisinés sont en option payante, à 6€, j'ai choisi les oeufs brouillés mais j'ai déploré qu'il n'y ait pas de bacon, surtout pour le prix en supplément des 20€ du petit déjeuner. Ces deux remarques n'entachent pas du tout l'avis très favorable que nous avons sur notre court séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous y retournerons volontiers et le conseillerons...

Positive: Service, staff, restaurant, pool, food quality and views of ocean are amazing , great location Negative: price-value of rooms- stayed in 3 bed room 600€ /night 2adults/1 child with half board, only one small terrace glass door no other windows; rooms & bathrooms old and a bit run down incl. beds. - max 3* level. Not allowed to use pool after check-out/afternoon - in relation to price level disappointing

Le cadre est magique, avec les chambres donnant sur la mer, et les équipes sont formidables de bienveillance et de gentillesse (le Chef est même venu me proposer de déguster des produits locaux au petit déjeuner!). Nous avons passé un moment très agréable et ce fut une très belle découverte. Je recommande les yeux fermés!
