Я останавливаюсь в Гельвеции при каждом посещении Петербурга (2-3 раза в год) уже 15 лет. Все знакомо, все удобно, без неожиданностей. Отель во всем старается пойти навстречу, в том числе во времени заезда, в выборе номера определенной категории по моим предпочтениям. Спасибо

Хотя и поставил "хорошо", но могу порекомендовать отель. Удобное расположение, очень теплый прием с букетом цветов и проводы с пирожками на посошок, старательность персонала, улыбки. Весьма приличный завтрак с хорошим итальянским игристым, возможностью заказать шакшуку и яйца бенедикт, рыба, свой вкусный йогурт и достойное горячее, хороший кофе. Большие зонтики-трости при необходимости, косметика. Хороший матрас. Так и хочется поставить 5, но номер не понравился. То что мал, не так уже страшно, все есть и помещается, хотя вдоль кровати надо проходить бочком. Нам, наверное, достался худший стандарт на цокольном этаже в углу над кафе и его вытяжкой. И это бы ладно, но окно необходимо, так как кондиционер неудачно смонтирован и дует прямо на кровать. Получается шумновато. И еще по мелочи: первый раз встретились с полотенцами вместо прикроватных ковриков)))

Это самый лучший отель в Санкт-Петербурге,где Вас встречают ,как самого дорогого гостя,не зависимо от статуса и известности. Всегда останавливаюсь здесь Только потому,что все очень идеально и правильно Хочу отметить команду ресторанов Мариус и Кларет Обязательно вернусь сюда❤️🙏

Прекрасный отель, чудесная кухня и вино в ресторане рядом с отелем, отмечу заботу персонала и качество матрасов - выспалась за долгое время на 10/10! Прекрасные комплименты от отеля для близких, теплые полы и белоснежные полотенца - создают комфорт в принятии ванны, а персональная линейка уходовой косметики от локтайм создаст еще большее удовлетворение от заботы о себе ❤️ Рекомендую отель на 5/5!
