Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg

This is the first time I write a bad review for a five-star hotel. I have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world and have never encountered such a ridiculous thing. When I booked it, I saw that it was the number one luxury hotel in St. Petersburg. When I arrived, I found that both the appearance and the interior were so-so. The cola and sparkling water in the mini bar were charged. Here comes the point: the hotel did not have a sign asking for room cleaning. There was a cleaning hotline on the phone. When we went out the next day, we called and told them clearly that they could clean it, but when we came back at 2:30 in the afternoon, it was not touched at all. I wanted to take a break and go out in the evening, so I had to call again and complained at 4:30. I happened to meet the lobby manager. She apologized and said she would solve it immediately (and later gave us a plate of fruit). But when we came back at 6 o'clock, they were still cleaning. We could only sit in the corridor. I was so angry that my blood pressure rose on the spot. I didn't expect that a pleasant trip would be ruined by this "luxury" hotel! Isn't cleaning the room what a hotel should do? Who would believe that no one in the housekeeping department of an international chain hotel can understand English? But this is the fact! There is another detail, the tea sets and toiletries provided by the hotel are too low-grade, and the shower caps and hair bands are so poor quality that they are weird. In short, this hotel does not live up to its name, and we have experienced what it means to pay for trouble!

The hotel is conveniently located next to St. Isaac's Cathedral and less than 10 minutes' walk from the Hermitage. There is a coffee shop and Burch near the hotel, which is great and recommended!

1. The room is larger than expected. Welcome snacks are prepared upon entering the room. The location is excellent and the bar is very good. 2. Hygiene: The hygiene of the bathtub is average 3. Restaurant: Breakfast (I ordered it separately) is actually not very delicious; the percorso service is very good but I personally think the taste is average; the bar is very good 4. The spa environment is good and you need to make an appointment in advance. Of course, the price is very high. For the price of a massage, you can enjoy a high-end spa outside the hotel. 5. Due to the epidemic, swimming pools and saunas cannot be entered without a Russian vaccine certificate, and the hotel will require a nucleic acid certificate valid during the stay (expedited nucleic acid testing is very expensive) The overall location and service are good. At this price, it’s a good choice, but you don’t have to have too high expectations.

Здравствуйте ! Отзыв только относительно завтрака ! Заехала на завтрак , приехала утром из Москвы , так как , время было 10:55 , заказала по меню сырники от шеф-повара … это были самые отвратительные сырники , которые я ела за последние несколько лет , много теста и чуть творога , по вкусу , пресные , точнее , никакие , не стала доедать , вот только соус ванильный был к ним обалденный , так как , уже привыкла к вкусным и творожным . Цена 1300₽ , того ни стоит , от слово совсем !!!! , в CoffeeMania 890₽ наивкуснкйшие творожные , это как небо и земля . Заказывать еще что-то не было никакого желания . Разочарована ! Про отель , входная группа как всегда на высоте , охрана при входе , дворецкий , внутри отеля , уже нарядная елка стоит и два лебедя , белый и черный , очень красиво . В уборной , уходовые средства на высоте ! Качество и аромат обалденные !! Я за честность ! В их баре есть коктейль , не помню , его название ,фото прикреплю , это самый парфюмированный коктейль , который я пила , мне очень понравилось в баре !

Отмечали день рождения подруги, заказывали чайную церемонию. Как всегда все великолепно - и меню и невероятно доброжелательный персонал! Удивлена отрицательными отзывами- по-моему в Петербурге лучше сервиса нет. Ходим сюда с самого открытия отеля -всегда положительные эмоции.

Мы провели вечер в ресторане Percorso. Гости собирались в баре. Потом нас пригласили к столу, он был красиво украшен. Нам заранее предложили выбрать блюда, поэтому не приходилось ждать. Все было просто супер) В ресторане очень добрые, вежливые и отзывчивые сотрудники.
