在公寓樓的一樓，房間設施比較陳舊，大部分都是去出差的人去住，由於在小區裏面晚上很多在樓下活動噪音比較大，洗手間非常小，衞生很差，房間的門是老式的用鑰匙開的門，晚上還要手動鎖門，不提供瓶裝水，要在走廊裏接水，前台老太太態度非常友善。
