We booked a room Wed-Sunday, First got there The desk lady Paris was rude along with security guard. We got to our room, it was filthy. Holes in bathroom door, old cigarette butts under the bed, could not turn up or turn down heat, phone didnt work. No coffee pot in room, like it stated, no continential breakfast like it stated. By friday we wanted to change rooms, due to never once for clean sheet, No fresh towels was ever brought to room, couldnt use phone to call front desk, so we would go down to get them, Paris was rude again. We told her on friday we were leaving, and not to charge us for saturday and sunday, she took our credit card, swiped it threw it across the desk at us, told us to get out. My husband proceeded to tell her we are getting our things first. Now I'm fighting with corporate to get refunded our 2 nights. They said they talked to paris and she didnt have any notes that we left early, which is a lie. Corporate wants to give us a 2 night voucher for any of their motels, and I said no we will never stay in another one. This company rips people off, and I am not done with this yet. We are owed 2 nights, and we want it back. Maybe Paris needs training on her attitude as well, very unprofessional and rude
