This time I came out for a trip. The room was very nice and the service attitude was also very good. It was a hotel recommended by a friend. I felt very good after checking in and will come again next time.

alles einfach einmalig perfekt. ausser: in meinem zimmer funktionierte die heizung nicht. sofort wurde ein ventil ausgetauscht, jedoch immer noch kalt. also wurde mir ein öfeli ins zimmer gebracht und ich hatte eine angenehme temperatur.

Esperienza davvero indimenticabile. Personale gentilissimo e preparato, location storica da sogno, cibo (colazione e cena) ottimo. Tutto veramente perfetto. Sicuramente merita come esperienza almeno una volta nella vita…..e speriamo molte di più! :)

From the moment we were picked up at the train station until they dropped back off for departure this was one of the best hotels and staffs I have ever dealt with anywhere. The manager greats you upon arrival and departure and takes a true interest in your happiness. The front desk staff and concierge could not do enough for you. The restaurant staff fast efficient and professional all with a smile. The people that worked in the pool and spa area took great care of everyone all the time. The ladies that cleaned the rooms were fantastic. Everyone that worked at this hotel were happy, friendly, professional and some of the best hospitality people I have seen. Now the hotel itself?? Equally amazing!! Beautiful entry, beautiful rooms, fantastic health club and pool area. Easy access to town. The rooms, lobby, restaurant and grounds were impeccable!! One of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world!!!

Tolle, kompetente und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es fehlt an nichts und man kann sich einfach wohlfühlen! Selten so hervorragende Halbpension geniessen dürfen!!! Wir hatten leider etwas Wetterpech, dies lässt sich allerdings in diesem hervorragenden Haus vergessen…

Un lujo clásico que no decepciona, un hotel de montaña en Suiza que se ajusta al las expectativas tradicionales. Excelente comida, atencion y diseño. Un enclave inigualable repleto de actividades y también tiendas de alta calidad que encanta visitar.

Unser Aufenthalt im Suvretta House war wieder einmal nicht zu übertreffen! Begonnen bei dem persönlichen Empfang durch das Direktions-Ehepaar, Peter und Esther Egli. Anschliessend der Bezug des sehr schöne Zimmers und der wirkliche Genuss des unübertreffbare Essens. Der Service und die Bedienung waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Dem "Chef de Restaurant" entging nichts, bereitete er sogar persönlich unser Dessert am Tisch. Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen, herzlichen Dank für alles!

Excellent stay, friendly staff, fine dinning and excellent facilities. This is my 4th visit to Survetta house and I throughly enjoyed my stay here. Upon our arrival were warmly welcomed by Mr & Mrs Egli. Our rooms were upgraded from a standard double room to double room with lake view. We had booked the half board Autumn package and treated to a generous breakfast including delicious 4 course evening meals. We also received a welcome drink at Anton’s bar. The Staff throughout our stay were very outstanding, friendly and helpful. The catering staff looked after us also so well. On the day of my birthday, I was treated to a fresh cream home made cake, which was beautifully presented. The 4 course evening meals were all excellent in choice and quality. The wine selections on offer also complemented the main courses. I would like to thank all the kind catering, reception, concierge and wellness Staff who made our stay during my birthday celebration specially memorable. Thank you Mr. Egli for seeing us off and we look forward to coming back very soon.
