サンモリッツの駅から15分ちょっと歩きます。坂道が多いので、大きなキャリーケースを持って移動するのは少し大変かもしれません。でもホテルのスタッフの方が本当に親切で、ここに泊まれて良かったです！ホテルにはレストランが併設されてますが、そちらのレストランとても綺麗でしたし、ピザが美味しかったです！お部屋も綺麗でした！水周りも綺麗です！

This is the third hotel on our trip to Switzerland. I used to think that the four-star hotel we stayed in in Zermatt was not very good. It was not until I came to Arte in St. Moritz that I realized that a four-star hotel can look worse than a three-star hotel in China. The only advantages are: 1. It is close to the Leaning Tower; 2. The restaurant La Stalla on the first floor is really good.

It was hard to get off the bus from the station and reach this hotel because St. Moritz Basaka is tough. Google Maps showed me a path with stairs, so it would be difficult to climb up from the stop, so I think it would be better to use the sidewalk along the road. Good location, and pleasant ambience. Our room was comfortable and had plenty of space. Staff courteous except for one at reception who was less than friendly. Ate in the restaurant one night but meal was poor - seems like they have students running the kitchen. Breakfast ok but ordered fried eggs and they arrived barely cooked. Wouldn't return!

Die Temperatur der Zimmer des Hotels lassen sich nicht regulieren. Entweder Heizung aus somit eiskalt oder Heizung voll an, dadurch völlig überhitzt. Regulierung nur durch das Öffnen der Fenster möglich. Wir hatten dadurch 2 schlaflose Nächte und unsere Glacier Tour völlig versaut, da wir vor Müdigkeit im Zug einschliefen! Hotel ist für uns ein absolutes No Go!

O quarto é muito bom, com banheiro limpo e também de bom tamanho para um hotel 3* Superior O café da manhã apesar da pouca variedade é excelente O ponto forte do hotel é o restaurante com as atendentes com serviço ótimo O recepcionista Nicola é nota 10 Já a recepcionista que não fiz questão nem de gravar o nome, e normalmente fica a noite é horrível, nota 0 para ela e por isso o hotel caiu o nível pra mim, mal educada, mal humorada, parece que está ali por obrigação

If you like: peeling plaster and dirty walls; The rotten floor that is sinking under your feet; broken taps and handles, broken lights; stinking dirty carpet; strong smell of mold in the room and sewage in the bathroom; view from the window to the wall; and you are ready to pay 400€ per day for this (suite with balcony) - then this is the perfect option for you! These questions would not have arisen if the cost had been 40€. That would be a fair price for the holes in the soft floor. Reality doesn't match the photos. Unfortunately, this "hotel" completely ruined the experience of staying in St. Moritz.
