The hotel is clean and neat. Staff was very friendly. The hotel entrance is located on the upper slope. Don’t walk on the wrong side. Location near city area. Bus stop is just 5min walk from the hotel.

The lake view from my room was fantastic. But the service experience in the breakfast is bad. We were singled out and asked/ordered “not to take anything away, ok!” I don’t know why she said that, may be we were eating too much as per her standard.

The hotel service fee is good. The room is very sad. There are many parking spaces. The breakfast is very rich. The view is OK. It is worth your visit. The hotel price is relatively expensive

A lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, takes you back in time to the grandeur of days gone by. We had a room with a view. The lake and the Alps, just beautiful! Loved sitting at the desk at the window looking out over the lake. A cool breeze blowing through the open windows.
