The hotel is only a 5-minute walk to the cable car station; the hotel provides a pass for the cable car and buses in the area, which is very considerate. The room is big enough, but the only drawback is that there are no basic facilities such as a hot water kettle and a refrigerator, and there are only two water cups. Hotel room got no kettle but do not provide hot water. Breakfast buffet very limited. Ask for fried egg has to pay 5 francs.

I dont like the service staff in the breakfast dining area, we walked directly and the waitress rudely showed us the sign “please wait to be seated”. I understand some part of the dining area may be closed, but you can tell us nicely no free sitting. Probably because we are Asian. The counter staff also told us in an ironical way that breakfast start at 7, as if we are hungry ghost coming at 6:55 am. Service staffs have to be more empatic, not showing your attitune.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, right in the city center. It only takes about 4 minutes by bus from the central train station to the hotel, and it's not far on foot! The hotel also provides a private shuttle service to and from the Central Station
