Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement . Le personnel est vraiment aux petits oins pour que tout se passe à merveille et nous ont donné de bons conseils de restaurants. Nous avons choisi le parloir qui est très original et très bon. Le massage en chambre est très relaxant et je recommande vraiment la masseuse à l'écoute. l hôtel est très bien situé devant le port. Les chambres très confortables avec une petite bouteille de vin en cadeau (à boire avec modération). Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour en famille

Nous sommes restés trois jours à l’hôtel de Toiras et avons pu vivre pleinement une expérience sur-mesure grâce à une équipe attentionnée et professionnelle. Notre prise en charge a été excellente de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Lucy a pris le soin de nous faire visiter l’hôtel et notre suite avec de précieux détails sur l’histoire et l’âme de l’établissement. La décoration est absolument somptueuse et pensé avec beaucoup de goûts. Le lendemain, le petit-déjeuner était très complet, avec une carte gourmande et généreuse. Pour le reste de la journée, Maxence nous a réservé des vélos pour visiter l’île et il nous a très bien conseillé sur les meilleures choses à découvrir sur notre parcours. Je ne parle même pas de tous les détails et sincères attentions qui nous ont été apporté pendant ces 3 jours. Nous remercions sincèrement toute l’équipe pour leur bienveillance tout au long du séjour.

I stayed at the Hotel Toiras September 2023 and wrote a fairly negative review (on Booking dot com) because the service was appalling mainly due to what appeared to be a lack of staff training. But this is a nice hotel in a wonderful location and so we stayed again September 2024 and I have to say that the service was vastly improved. Its expensive but if you want to stay at the most prestigious hotel on Ile de Re this is it.

Hotel de Toiras is situated in St Martin de Re It is a small beautiful hotel with an incredible view of the harbor and the town. It is so quaint and welcoming. The staff were incredible from picking you up at train station, showing you your room, breakfast service, bar service and help with reservations and directions. You felt like you were a family member. The room was extremely comfortable with beautiful decor and a great shower ! Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries, omelettes and other choices if you wanted it. The dinner restaurant was closed during our stay but the local restaurants were incredibly fun and delicious with local oysters and fare. The hotel is an easy drive to all the other small villages on Île de Re.

Très agréable séjour à l'hôtel de Toiras. Le personnel est très agréable et attentif à notre bien être. Merci particulièrement à Manon et Anais pour leur accueil. On a vraiment ressenti que toute l'équipe faisait de son mieux pour répondre à nos attentes. C'était la deuxième fois que nous y sommes allés et comme on dit, jamais deux sans trois. À bientôt !
