We can honestly say that this is the very best bed and breakfast we have ever encountered. Maryland and Gilles are exemplary hosts, the bedroom and bathroom was magnificent and the breakfast absolutely delicious. If you are visiting this area, don’t stay anywhere else. You will not be disappointed!

Chambres d' hôtes juste parfaites, accueil très sympatique, la maison est magnifique , le jardin d' une beauté au naturelle, la chambre et la salle de bain d' une grande propreté, le petit déjeuner parfaitement gourmand . Je recommande à 200% pour découvrir ce lieu enchanteur

This is a fantastic place . It is a quintessentially Norman country house … just as you’d imagine. Lovely architecture and big pretty garden. The welcome was warm and friendly and the drink in the garden was lovely . Help with luggage a bonus and something not always provided in even 4 star hotels in uk. The hostess helpfully booked us in to a perfect local pizzeria which we walked to . Best pizza ever! Our room was big double aspect and light. Everything had been thought of! The furniture and decor were so stylish yet comfortable. The best was the dressing table in the bathroom.., great for hair and make up! Fresh flowers and orchids were delightful. Yummy chocolates on the hospitality tray with tea, coffee and filtered water. TWO luggage rests were provided ! Breakfast was a real treat served in the elegant dining room . A huge tempting array of meticulously arranged fruit , ham, cheese , eggs, yoghurt, bread , croissants , nuts and the biggest selection of homemade preserves ever! The hosts couldn’t do enough for us and were so helpful throughout booking our second dinner at a lovely restaurant on the Seine . Maryla also gave us Route recommendations and places to visit … all excellent. We couldn’t believe our luck with this find and will remember it as one of favourite hotels ever!

Staying at Le Jardin des Erables was a great experience. Maryla and Gilles are very nice people, they are happy to handle everything. Their house is beautiful and nicely decorated, and all surrounded by Maryla´s amazing garden... Great breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit and homemade products.

Ein tolles Gasthaus in Saint-Marcel in der Nähe von Vernon. Das familiengeführte Haus bietet 3 Gästezimmer. Das Frühstück mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl und vielen selbst gemachten Marmeladen ist jeden Tag ein guter Start in den Tag. Tolle Gespräche auf Deutsch oder französisch haben sich immer wieder ergeben. So bietet sich ein toller Einblick in Land & Leute. Die liebevoll angelegte und gepflegte Gartenanlage bietet einen guten Ruhepol nach einem anstrengenden Tag.
