The hotel is well located close to the city center and the train station. The room and the very comfortable bed (privilege room) 200 cm bed. Very quiet. Very friendly and available staff. As the hotel restaurant is closed during this period, the staff pointed us to good quality restaurants. For the international-style breakfast, no worries, the quality of the products is there. Thanks to the whole team and in particular to Delphine. On the other hand, the central Accord reservation site is very disappointing. I came across a person who had to be teleworking, constantly interrupted by his children and who was not necessarily in France listening to the language used to speak to them. IN the end I made the call directly to the hotel number. To respond to the satisfaction survey received by email, it does not work even when using the browser to complete the survey. The choice on "Couple", "Family" and others does not work. I don't know who developed the application but obviously they haven't tested it. Advice call the hotels directly and do not go through the reservation center.
