Great location, interesting building, incredible staff (very responsive and attentive), pet friendly, good for families and small children. Highly recommended for business visitors who need something close to Uptown and bars/restaurants.

Thank you very much for the best stay in one of yours beautiful and historical apartment. It was amazing. Housekeeping staff do their job perfectly and everything has been cleaned. Maintenance staff respond quite fast and do their job on a highly standard quality. All staff in this beautiful hotel very kind and friendly and always ready to answer any kind of question and to do all their best to improve your stay in CHS. Thank you very much for everything you do for people!

My family and I live in a two bedroom apartment. This is a very beautiful and cozy hotel . It's very clean, nice staff and nice design of the rooms. It is very convenient that there is a kitchen, a dining room, a place to relax and comfortable bedrooms. We are very happy to live in such a beautiful place. Thanks for all ! We highly recommend these suites

I would like to say how wonderful Alina is. She is kind, extremely clean, careful and does not let the fact that english is her second language to be an impediment to communicate what she wants to say. She is absolutely wonderful. Chipman Hill suites, she is one of the good ones.

I’ve been staying in this wonderful place for 12 days and it’s amazing! Personal is very kind and friendly, always smiles and does everything the best for your comfortable staying here. My family and I settled in this wonderful hotel and we all love it so much. It's a very clean room, everything is neat and sustained in the same style. Very nice and nice staff, there are all amenities and even a kitchen where you can make a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again. Chipman Hill is a hotel with history and understated style. I recommend from the bottom of my heart.

I stayed with my family in one of the Chipman Hills suites for 1 month. It has been a great experience. We could find in the suite all the amenities that we needed. The large principal bedroom was so pretty. All the devices like TV, microwave, dishwasher, bread toaster, etc. are so functional. Also the location is fantastic. Its located in the heart of the uptown and near for the principal streets and avenues. Finally, we had a very good communication with Erica Van Dyke and the maintenance team, whose resolved all my petitions when I needed something . If you think come to Saint John I recommend this place. :)

This is a great place to stay with exceptional service from management to the room cleaners. The hotel suites are well maintained in a good location, close to everything on the central Saint John. Susan deserves a special mention for her wonderful and warm reception. My family and I enjoyed the hotel, particularly the personalized Christmas gifts for my children, my wife and myself. Erica, Shayrha and Susan’s husband (Edward) are examples of nice, respectful and courteous employees. We were supplied groceries during the Christmas holiday free of charge because we arrived late on Christmas Eve.
