The room is perfect with comfortable beds, best location to the central buses on the same block and convenient for airport or anywhere around the island. Staff is friendly, helpful and offer free coffee in the lobby. Room is amply supplied with amenities of washer combo dryer, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, bedroom and windows that can open for fresh air. Alliance grocery is nearby and has everything you need for a way to make some of your own meals and also cafes nearby as well as the waterfront, cinemas and walk to Elizabeth Castle (when tide is out) and take Castle Ferry (amphibious boat) on your way or or return.

Excellent apartment. Light and airy. Everything you needed was provided. Extremely spacious. Staff at reception were very kind and helpful. Added bonus is the location near bus station.What more could you ask for !! Highly recommended.

The apartment was well stocked with kitchen tools, fridge and freezer, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher. I'm not sure I'll ever understand the icons on the clothes washer/dryer combo unit but did figure it out enough to do my laundry. The one bedroom with kitchen, living room and bathroom was very quiet, never heard the neighbors. The AC wasn't working in the unit I had, so the general manager , Chelsea arranged for me to move to one that had a new AC system. I appreciated her help as I had a harbor facing (also sun facing) room that got warm by day. However, the balcony was great, and in good weather the breeze thru the deck doors was wonderful. Self catering saved me some money not eating every meal out. Plenty of small grocery stores nearby. I bought a one month bus pass with the central bus station below n the ground floor, very handy for getting around Jersey, no parking or car rental hassles. Housekeeping came once a week to refresh the linins and towels and clean the apartment. Next time I plan an extended stay in Jersey, Liberty Wharf is the place for me.

Fantastic apartment with great balcony overlooking the marina. Location unbeatable. Staff made us very welcome and offered to take bags on last day for left luggage allowing us a little more hassle free exploring. Would come back and recommend!

Lovely apartment, had everything we needed - great heating and Centrally located. It would of been nice to of been advised that the Apartments are above the Liberation Station [Bus] and you could of got one from the Airport to the Apartment.

Clean and tidy, just the right size for two. Great facilities. They leave complementary tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and cereal to get you started. Great if you arrive late or are travelling light. Noisy buses heard from the lounge, but bedroom cosy and quiet.

We stayed for a week in an apartment with balcony. We really enjoyed our stay, the whole apartment was comfortable and clean with everything we needed for our stay. The staff are helpful and professional and there’s always someone on reception. Croissants and Scones are in reception each morning along with a hot drinks machine which is a nice touch. The location is great right over the bus station which sounds noisy but it isnt. We used a public bus to come from the airport straight to the bus station and in a few steps we were there.I would recommend

Great staff really make this place, the 5 different team members we interacted with were really friendly and helpful, had some good tips and really helped us when we found the car had a puncture just as we needed to check out. Stayed a week between rentals, location is super convenient for St Helier though a touch noisy at rush hours & weekend evenings if you’re on the town side, not really an issue as I always travel with earplugs. Apartment is fairly well equipped, though a pair of scissors and appliance instructions wouldn’t go amiss! Kitchen is quite tired, all the markings were worn off the oven, all serviceable though. For anyone looking for the appliance info, the oven is an Indesit FIE36KB, the washer dryer and Indesit WDE 12. Sofa bed is comfy for sleeping, less so for sitting, we swapped the rear cushions out for the spare pillows, much better.
