The hotel is located on the street in the city center, making it very convenient to get to and from the airport and major attractions. There is also a supermarket downstairs. The room is larger than expected, clean and well-organized. The toilet also has a bathtub. After a long day of playing, you can take a bath to relieve fatigue. However, the soundproofing facilities in the room are relatively poor, and the sound from the corridor and the partition room is often heard, which will affect the quality of sleep.

Again there is a feeling the Premier have gone down hill great place but staff overworked - not thinking in and out the office when people are waiting - people not sure what to do as generally no-one talking to them as staff pushed. Try to improve staffing levels to make the hotels what they used to be

Premier Plus not good! Stain carpet, area of dirt and mould in bathroom. Wi-Fi not secure and disconnected every few minutes. Luxury toiletries are just 2 different types of body wash! Had to ask for coffee pods and sweet treats, didn't get the treats.

Stayed here a number of times now and I stay at a lot of Premier Inns for business, however this one stands out above the rest, staff can't do enough for you, extremely friendly and remember you when you return, which is a nice touch you don't see often. Breakfast is excellent and it shows a lot of care goes into the presentation and food is refreshed regularly. Rooms are clean, however that's with all Premier Inns to be honest. Anyway, can't recommend enough 👌

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff on duty during my stay were very helpful. Dave, Maisi and Viella in particular were extremely helpful with my luggage and all my requests. They were all very quick to respond. They even helped me arrange taxis Thank you all

Excellent facilities, lovely staff, enjoyed my visit. Small issue of running out of coffee and only decaf was available but staff were helpful and explained the limitations of supply on the small island. Overall a positive experience , will definitely consider again.
