Pas propre, literie sale, bruit. Audeur de cigarette et pipi de chien... Vraiment grosse arnaque pas digne pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pas serieux pas trip voyage d'héberger un tel hôtel dans votre sélection. Je demande un remboursement car on a vécu un séjour désagréable

To flee !!!! The hotel located in a gloque area. The reception is dirty, the black leather sofa from the 70s is smashed. The rooms are run down. There is an unwelcome smell throughout the hotel!!! 3 stars let me laugh nothing to do with the website!!! Only the receptionist was nice.

Poor, from every point of view. We just slept there. And thank goodness. Not to be "spoiled" but out of courtesy! Poor cleaning, poor furniture, poor lighting, very little maintenance and bad smell. I would go back only if it were the last remaining residence in the world. Room 205.

Unprepossessing entrance to rue Amouroux; cramped reception hall; poorly maintained common areas or even under construction; broken drinks dispenser; no heating in studio no. 207; dirty carpet whether in the studio or in apartment no. 205; furniture - especially the 4 armchairs in No. 205 - tired; defective insulation (you can hear everything whether next to, above or below); smell of cigarette smoke on the elevator landing on the 2nd floor around 10:30 p.m.; noises from occupants late at night or early in the morning; this night of December 23 to 24, 2021 in the Palatines is not a good memory. We were allocated a room next to the only room occupied by extremely noisy people, getting up at 4:00 a.m. to leave for work. The room itself is in a more than poor state of maintenance...light bulbs that don't work, broken coat rack, numerous stains on the carpet, worn and degraded furniture, etc. Price of the room excessive given the state of disrepair. For parking, it's in the street and places are as easy to find as the Covid vaccine!
