Hôtel 4* situé un peu à l'écart de la ville, donc au calme, en bon état, mais pourrait nécessiter une remise en état sur certain points. Excellent petit-déjeuner avec fruits frais, produits frais locaux et artisanaux. Personnel agréable et professionnel. Bon séjour globalement

Put in a room opposite the lift, a supposed superior room but dinghy dirty and noisy, could move us for 1 night out of 3 to a quiet room then i was supposed to move back, the room they put me in was so noisy and warm ( as they take the air conditioning controls away) i moved hotel after 1st day and they kept my money for 3 days very poor hotel with rude staff.

Un accueil déplorable pour 4 étoiles, visiblement cet hôtel a pour spécialité d’accueillir des séminaires la journée et des groupes le soir à son restaurant, et de ce fait privilégier ces activités au détriment des clients en villégiature.
Les goûters des séminaires se déroulent autours de la piscine, rompant la quiétude que l’on recherche pour une étape dans un hôtel.
Pour le restaurant également aucune considération le repas est expédié, on vous positionne à proximité des groupes qui plus est fumeurs !
Pour couronner le tout lorsque vous signalez le lendemain à la réception votre insatisfaction, on vous rit au nez, plutôt que de s’exécuter !
A éviter absolument !
