Clean Hotel and very nice room with 2 double beds. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. I loved how they kept their coffee carafes in the lobby full and serviced all day long! I didn't stay for breakfast but I can imagine it was great also. I dont travel alot and hadn't stayed in a Best Western in years but I definitely will again. In my opinion 5 stars.

Stopped here on our way back home to Arkansas from a trip to Maine. Nice quiet comfortable clean room. Only negative is they keep the coffee machine and ice bucket in the bathroom. 🤢 Not sure why I have to use 200 characters in this post. But here I go using up space to post a review.

Great location to stay for family weekend at St. Bonaventure! Check-in was very quick and efficient. There was a table in the lobby with complimentary bottled water and snacks which was great to grab after a long drive. I love that there is a large fridge and microwave in the room. The room was a nice size and very clean. Lots of options for breakfast (yogurt, cereal, eggs, etc.) Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. We were nicely welcomed by front desk personnel and given a great recommendation for lunch. Location is very convenient to St Bonaventure University. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

clean - comfortable- well lit - convenient - safe - everything working - quiet - BREAKFAST: we---supplied but the "eating" area is quite small and cramped. The hostess / do -it - all lady named DEBBIE just worked - worked - worked and NEVER complained AND this "DEBBIE" did it all ALONE !!! ,,,JUST can NOT believe how short-staffed many businesses ARE while the "GRUNTS" do ALL the work and the NERO'S FIDDLE while basking in "their" world - oblivious to the "WORKER".

ACROSS STREET FROM WALMART AND PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL AND QUICK CHECK IN."The place was super clean and comfortable. However, I did not care for the bed - the mattress was worn and they had a small cushion on top. The hotel is across the street from Walmart and there are plenty of restaurants close by. T

Check in was very simple and the staff was friendly! Room was clean as was the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Also I want to mention that the room was very spacious!! We’ll be back to visit again and this will be our go to hotel! Hotel was easy to find and convenient to everything around Olean!

Clean, comfortable room. Good location. Decent breakfast. Enjoyed the breakfast potatoes! Good A/C, shower. Washer and dryer clean and reasonable. $1.50 each per load. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or fitness center. Would definitely stay again.
