The unique Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront hotel combines a reverence for the history of St. Augustine with the modern day luxuries and amenities guests expect in a Hilton. The hotel's intimate size and feel are reminiscent of a boutique hotel, and yet it offers the extensive services and facilities that are usually found only in much larger hotels. The charming, vibrant Spanish Colonial Period structure consists of a "hollow square" design, in this case, 19 different buildings set around an inner courtyard and connected by an interior corridor. The buildings were inspired by the Second Spanish Colonial historic period, with wooden balconies, cedar-shake & tile roofs, with different elevations and colors that allow it to blend in with its surroundings. Virtually all Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront hotel rooms offer stunning views of Matanzas Bay or the city of St. Augustine's historic district. Situated in the Historic District of "America's Oldest City", the Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront hotel is within walking distance to many of the area's finest restaurants and most popular attractions. Horse drawn carriages and the Historic Trolley transport visitors from the hotel through the streets of the old city. Historical points of interest include the Spanish Colonial Castillo de San Marco National Monument, dating from 1672, the original Government House and the magnificent Victorian structures of the period built by Henry Flagler including Flagler College formerly his grand hotel. The hotel’s facilities include an outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, business center, concierge service and a guest laundry and valet service. The Menendez and Ponce rooms, 800 square feet each or 1600 square feet when combined, can accommodate meetings of up to 125 people or of banquets up to 100. The 250 square foot Board Room can accommodate 12 and offers views of the bay. I stayed at Hilton St Augustine Bayfront for 2 nights in April/May 2024, while on a vacation to Anna Maria Island, Orlando and St Augustine’s. I have travelled to Florida on many occasions and have always wanted to visit the north east coast and explore St Augustine’s. It was worth the wait! Loved this historical town and the local beaches. I would highly recommend the Hilton Bayfront - SMALL and PERFECTLY FORMED!! Massive thanks and appreciation to the Valet team - first class service from arriving to leaving the resort - highly professional team and always wanted to chat and make sure I was enjoying my stay. Speedy check-in, fantastic room and comfortable pool area, with hot tub. I am looking forward to returning to St Augustine’s - as 2 days was not enough - and staying in the Hilton.

Rooms were large and staff friendly. Facility needs an upgrading as hallway carpet old and curtains need changing. Free breakfast was a plus and tasty. Very close to a nice beach. Would go back after a facility upgrade especially since the hotel next door is brand new

The location is top notch and so was the team, service and room. They have a restaurant, bar, pool and Starbucks onsite. We parked our truck on Friday and didn’t get back in it until leaving on Sunday. There are so many restaurants, museums, and places with live music within easy walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

One night in St Augustine and we lucked out with an amazing hotel right on the front we had a sea view with about 10 m From room to pool, it was 100 degrees so having a pool and great AC was a must, the town is beautiful and the gore sits in between 6 or 7 of the highlighted tourist hot spots, just perfect views out over the bridge and great staff, be aware $40+ for valet parking ️ but worth it as you are in walking distance of all the attractions.

When we arrived at the hotel our car was valet. It’s $40/day to park which I think is pretty typical in the area. The hotel is very well situated in the historic district and right across the street from the bay. Check in was a little slow but we got there just about 4:30 when everyone is trying to check in. The room was clean and I appreciated the bottled water. Nice shower. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but fine. Our room was on the street side right by the pool. I think it’d probably be loud if we were there over the weekend as the panes of glass are thin. The ac is also super loud. I had to shut it off the first night. We enjoyed the pool. There’s an exercise room as well but we didn’t use it. We took advantage of their happy hour the first night at their bar. But it’s per person. I thought we could just get two beers, one for me and one for the hubby but it doesn’t work that way. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby so that was convenient. Staff was all very nice.
