Campanile Deauville - Saint Arnoult

Catastrophic, very dilapidated and very poorly soundproofed rooms in prefabricated buildings with large street lamps right in front of the door that invite mosquitoes!!! The biggest disappointment and dishonesty is to have displayed online non-existent facilities such as an indoor/outdoor swimming pool (a hotel of the same category did have one but no one clearly had misleading commercial practices that were unacceptable and deplorable rooms such as mobile homes, very poor quality and condition (broken blinds, bad bedding full of mosquitoes and no swimming pool!!! Be careful with the rules too, the hotel does not just display misleading information, the staff can also charge the room a second time!!! Avoid from all points of view!!!

Very good location not far from the beach 10min by car

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I didn't expect much because I booked one night just for a stopover. The room was more spacious than I thought, it was clean and the bedding was comfortable. On the other hand, it lacked a little light, there was only one window and it was not very big. In any case, I have a positive experience in this hotel.

Deplorable welcome by an unpleasant and aggressive receptionist. Very shabby hotel = disappointing for the Campanile brand, dirty room with a musty smell, cobwebs on the ceiling, multiple hairs and furs in the shower, unpleasant smell in the toilets, unmaintained carpet on the floor and curtains to be changed as a priority…. In addition, very low ceiling room At the level of the exterior and exterior staircase + corridor = no maintenance, dirt and cigarette butts! We have the impression that this hotel has been abandoned.. The refresh carried out in 2018 and displayed in large on banners upon our arrival at the hotel needs to be reviewed. Disappointing experience and I will not return to this hotel. I do not recommend it! Avoid for 200 euros per night!.

Excellente situation pour visiter Deauville, juste à côté de l'hippodrome. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons été surpris par la qualité du restaurant, bravo au chef - je recommande la 1/2 pension! Notre chambre était grande pour 4 personnes et le personnel de la réception était très accueillant et aimable. Nous reviendrons ! Merci et félicitations à l'équipe.

les oreillers étaient tout simplement incroyable , chambre modeste mais trés propre Accueil et restauration parfaits . bon plant pour une étape voyage.le menu du soir avec un petit choix a un prix tout a fait abordable et le déjeuner style internationale.

dîner chez Campaniles hyper hyper rapide. A peine assis, commandé le plat chaud, et voilà qu'il arrive. J'en revenais pas. Forcément ce ne doit pas être de la cuisine faîtes minute. J'avais pris un filet mignon à la forestière : il était bon. Par contre, la gaufre en dessert : ce devait être du surgelé car elle était très sèche, je ne l'ai pas finie. Il ne faut pas à s'attendre à autre chose.
