We enjoyed it at a reasonable price. The "Date tuna" sushi at the buffet was delicious, and the live abalone odori-yaki that we added as an option was also delicious. The restaurant staff were very attentive to us and we enjoyed our meal. The breakfast was also so delicious that we ended up overeating. The bath was very ordinary. The room was spacious and comfortable. The cold water that was provided was also delicious. However, the reception was operated by a single person and took a very long time. When we visited, the receptionist was in the middle of some complicated phone call and was talking at length, so we had to wait for quite a long time. While on the phone, she pressed the bell to call other staff, but it took a long time for them to come. My husband was annoyed and complained, "It's late" (I'm sorry), but she just said "I'm sorry" with a sullen look on her face, and the response after that was also businesslike, so we were disappointed. It's a shame that our first impression was so bad after entering. Since the front desk is the face of the hotel, I think they could have done better.

I had a very good impression when I stayed there two years ago, but... I was able to check in from 12 o'clock for a solo travel plan. There were two people at the front desk, but only one at the counter, so I had to wait for a few minutes. I checked in, but the front desk said, "Your room is not ready yet." When I told them my accommodation plan, they said, "Sorry. It's ready." Well, I thought it would be okay since I could take my time, so I headed to my room. For dinner, they had their famous steak, but it wasn't anything special, and the wasabi soy sauce was more delicious than the sauce recommended by the chef. For breakfast the next morning, they prepared nanakusa-gayu, but the chef was complaining to the staff about where it was placed, and several guests could hear it, which was very unpleasant. I had high expectations, so I don't think I'll be visiting again.

I ordered the winter kaiseki course instead of the buffet. The sashimi was delicious. The Hime trout was like fatty tuna and was delicious. The large communal bath was not a hot spring. The open-air bath was small, which was disappointing. The front desk was unpleasant. The room had an ocean view, which was nice.
