I read some bad reviews about the food of the hotel. After staying for four days I can say that the hotel provided super varied food. The location is superb with the private beach and three large swimming pools. Also nice entertainment in the evening. Too bad the beach has no bar and you have to go back into the hotel for drinks. Our rooms were also taken care of. Good location and close to Marina Saidia where there are nice tents.

Certainement pas un 5 étoiles. Si ce n'est la gentillesse du personnel, je ne mettrais que 2 étoiles à cet avis. Il est dommage qu'un hôtel avec cette si belle architecture souffre d'un manque d'entretien. Les chambres sont très belles, la literie est confortable,mais la salle de bains, c'est une catastrophe: il y a de la rouille partout. On risque de basculer avec le wc quand on s'y assoie. L'eau s'évacue mal du lavabo. Il y a des jacuzzis dans les suites mais nous avons appris qu'aucuns ne fonctionnaient. Pas de téléphone dans les chambres pour contacter la réception et vu les distances, pénible ! Les extérieurs, ce n'est pas mieux : on a failli se blesser en marchant pieds nus dans les allées car il y a des carreaux cassés. Il y a plusieurs piscines mais une seule était entretenue, l'eau des autres était verte. La nourriture est plus une nourriture basique et répétitive. Une touriste c'est meme plainte à la cuisine car on ne recevait que du poulet. Pas de viande "noble" pour un 5 étoiles. La plage est tres étendue et belle mais personne pour ramasser les nombreux déchets ou arranger les transats. Et le pire de tout, l'hôtel est infesté de moustiques, l'enfer. Nous sommes rentrés avec des gourmes énormes et certaines infectées

Hotel lindíssimo, algumas melhores a nível de serviço buffet, cheiros, bastante mosquitos. Não esquecer os staff da animação sempre atentos no sentido se estávamos a gostar e se estava tudo bem connosco… não esquecer o nome deles ILYASS and AMIN super amáveis…
