A fuir ! Aucune animation.. Tout est fermé en octobre (mini club, animation, différents restaurants). Spa pas terrible Il n'y a rien a faire. Fiche descritptive de l'hôtel totalement mensongère. Je voyage régulièrement pour le travail (gestion des réclamations post sejour) et à titre personnel, je suis rarement tombée sur une prestation de service aussi nul. Honnêtement, ne perdez ni votre temps ni votre argent.

Voilà pourquoi l’hôtel Be Live n’est pas un 5 étoiles : A l’arrivée, l’accueil a été peu chaleureux, aucunes informations concernant le fonctionnement de l’hôtel nous a été données, aucun plan. Pas d’information sur les restaurants à la carte., ni sur les environs. La chambre est spacieuse, mais humide, on voit les traces sur les murs. La salle de bain pas mieux, des traces noires d’humidité sur les joints des carrelages. Le pommeau de douche se détache quand vous voulez l’utiliser, et après 5 jours, personne ne l’a réparé. Il n’y a pas de wifi dans la chambre, pas de chaine francophone à la télévision, mais un écran plat ! ! Pas de séchoirs sur la terrasse pour faire sécher maillots et essuies. L’ascenseur était en panne une fois sur 2, vous aviez de la chance si vous ne restiez pas coincé dedans. Concernant les repas, toujours les mêmes plats au buffet et ceux-ci sont souvent froids. Au restaurant, le soir, vous êtes dévorés par les moustiques. Les animations et animateurs sont invisibles.
