Terrible hotel, got stuck in the elevator after an hour and only got out. Reception is not very helpful. Wanted to have a drink in the evening, everything was closed in the hotel. Bad service . Guys from Security, sweet and nice guys. I will never come back here again.

Sincèrement grâce au guest manager Mr Mounir Benaouda, on a pu passer un séjour magnifique. Un accueil et un service exceptionnels. Hâte de revenir très prochainement, et d’être toujours présent au meilleur hôtel de l’oriental. Pour ceux qui vont encore venir pour la première fois, vous n’allez pas le regretter et ça ne sera pas la dernière fois.
