hotel is inside the road almost 300 meter in the field. due to rain there’s a lot of flies inside the room . before giving the room they didn’t check for dental and tea coffees. also, they demanded me for water bottle. additionally, who does check out 11 o clock

It is fine budget property n stay is comfortable. Found property on make my trip. Com. Food and room service was fine. In three star rated hotel this much of facilities are sufficient.

I had booked 2 rooms at hotel florida and we were a family of four. We first had an issue at check-in, where they said that pets were not allowed. we had specifically chosen a pet friendly hotel. On questioning them about this, they said that they had changed their pet policy and had highlighted. Than they allocated us 2 rooms and one of which had seepage & smelling ! in-spite of requesting them to change rooms & escalating the issue they did not change my room! we were stuck in the late evening & had no option but to stay in these rooms! the rooms itself had the following issues:
1. Seepage & foul smell
2. Ac water dripping
3. Wash basin cracked
4. Dirty & stained curtains 5. Tea maker not working 6. Coackroaches
7. No exhaust in bathroom 8. Bathroom doors had dust on them

It was really a very good place to stay. The staff was really humble and nice. Food was good. And cleaning was on point. Just if you are booking 1 room for 3 then don't go for duplex. Overall I recommend to stay here.

I was traveling with family and it was my intermediate halt for two nights.It is easily approchable and visible from highway (Chandigarh -ludhiana) near Chandigarh University.The rooms are comfortable with all basic amenities. Even if there was frequent power outages, it was managed well with power backup. Food was delicious and service was quick and staff was cordial. OVERALL NICE EXPERIENCE.

The stay was average, i chose breakfast inclusive stay with balcony view, for breakfast you get three options, can choose one, in-case you choose parantha, you get one parantha each for two adults, what made me feel bad was they gave us a room in which the washroom was stinky , then they gave us new room without balcony view, like we literally paid extra for that, and that's how below average the stay was, the food was fine in taste, plus you have to ask for literally each and everything, in case the server isn't there, you will have to go to the reception and get it by yourself, sometimes people while travel-ling are in a mess, you really don't have the energy to wander.
