Мы получили очень неприятный опыт в этом месте, и оплата ужина с сертификатом в SPA не сможет компенсировать те впечатления, которые были созданы путем непрофессионализма персонала ресторана и комплекса в целом. Мы компанией из 8 человек заказали ужин заранее, до нашего приезда, поскольку у нас было мероприятие. Однако придя на ужин, мы не обнаружили даже пустых столов, нам было негде сесть. Через полчаса поставили столы. Еще спустя время сервировали тарелки на 4 человек, хотя нас было 8. Поставили корзинки с хлебом. И все! До 10 часов вечера нам были предложены только хлеб и две тарелки салатов из огурцов и помидоров. А также вино, которое осталось с нашей дегустации днем. Затем принесли просто шашлык. К тому моменту даже хлеба и салата уже не было. Затем несли салфетки, я трижды просила официантов это сделать. И так около 11 вечера мы получили оставшиеся блюда, и то не все. Супер, все уже закончили пировать и пели, а мы сидели голодные. Персонал обхаживал другие столики, несли уже второй ярус блюд, а мы сидели просто с корзинкой хлеба… Нас не замечали. Когда мы просили пледы, нам ответили, что больше нет. Но через час мы добились того, что вынесли пледы на нас всех. Все это выглядело унизительно и полностью испортило впечатление от теплого дневного приема, замечательной экскурсии по винодельне. Не буду говорить о недостатках работы персонала на территории SPA, поскольку на фоне ситуации в ресторане это просто мелочь. Ужин испорчен, и я бы хотела, чтобы весь персонал был уволен вместе с менеджментом. Это НЕ индустрия гостеприимства и позорит грузинскую культуру.

Worst service ever! I advise to all my friends and close people that if they haven't been yet, they should never go there. I'm very sad to write this, but If the quality of service is not improved, they will have a lot of dissatisfied guests. Hopefully, the management will consider the critical comments.

A very cozy hotel, with a beautiful view of nature... The room was very clean and tidy! The food is delicious, the staff is polite and friendly. A good SPA center, a swimming pool, as well as a mini-park with a playground and a pond of incredible ducks! There is also a winery at the hotel itself! There is incredibly beautiful and very tasty ECOLOGICAL wine! I will definitely come again!

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable with a beautiful view from the window. Great spa and amazing massage therapist. Breakfast is delicious, varied food. The winery learned a lot of new things and were impressed by the tastes and history of wine! Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday. Highly recommend!!!

Hotel is very close to Tbilisi and it's really bonus.Huge and beautiful room with panoramic views. Delicious breakfast.service was efficient, staff friendly. All in all excellent stay and we look forward to the next trip.

The buildings are not overly big, but that is a bonus, as you would not want anything to detract from the panoramic views, including of one of the tallest peaks of Caucasus range, Mkinvartsveri (5054 m) , which you can see from a balcony of your room. Inside decor of the hotel is one of the best I’ve seen and this is achieved by very tasteful placement of a large number of artworks ,most of them originals, not copies. I have thoroughly enjoyed my daily swims, sauna and several massage sessions, which are quite affordable. Winery on the premises is not simply a place where you can taste some twenty or so excellent wines, but can be viewed as wine museum, full of interesting displays, highlighting history of winemaking in Georgia and astounding variety of endemic grapes in various regions of Georgia. Two weeks of bliss at Sevsamora are the best part of my holiday in 2022.
