Now the entire area leading to the hotel is under construction and hence dirty and muddy. Hotels rooms were excellent, food was good though with limited options available. One should visit after a year once renovation work is done

I had booked ac deluxe room. The room was very big n so was the bathroom. The room was neat n clean, with fresh bed linen, towels, both ac & geyser were working. The check in and checkout was very smooth. Staff is very courteous, room service was excellent n so was the food very tasty. Location is fantastic right in front of jog falls. We had an overall excellent, enjoyable stay.

Hello team, stay was good. Cleanliness, quality of maintenance wasn't up to the mark. And we would want a good cafeteria, as it was bit small for occupancy. Rest everything was good and had a great experience.

We had booked non ac room and when reached realised that the area is under construction. Approached and requested for ac room and with some wait could get it. The facilities are marvelous, looking through the window you have a wonderful view of the jog falls. The restaurant area inside the facility is small but good tasty food. The jog fall view walk area is just behind the hotel. Decent open parking

Good stay good view. Constriction going on hope after completing in next year we will try to come back again and enjoy the falls

The hotel is located in an idyllic spot and the highest category of rooms have views of the jog falls. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant service is prompt with good quality of food. The only drawback was the stain in the commode which was disappointing for an otherwise excellent value for money hotel

It was good room with a good view, food is not that good, washroom was not that good, it was old. Washroom need to be well maintained. Gesture and ambience was good. Phone pay should be implemented near hill station, cash cannot be carried everywhere

They have common restaurant for tourist and resort stay so it's every-time full we don't have breakfast so pols note it don't recommend any meals over there
