Location away from the center. In front of Saga University Medical School. It is a location that can only be accessed by car. The price is reasonable. Parking is about 4 next to it. There is a second parking lot about 5 minutes walk. The room is large and not bad, but there is no elevator and only stairs. Well, it's up to the third floor, so it's not much, but it might be a little hard to have a big luggage. There are restaurants on the roadside, but it may be good to go to drink. I choose an early morning check-out plan, and breakfast is served with rice balls. Because there was this plan, it was like booking this inn. I liked the place where 2 rice balls and oshiko are not ”free breakfast” that ignores people from early morning recently.

We came to Yanagawa to see and ride on the old canals and stayed at this authentic Japanese hotel for a night . Nice place right beside the canal where you can see the boats going by. There were three of us so we had a big room, one part Western with two single beds the other part was a Japanese tatami mat room where the staff made up a bed on the floor while we were at dinner. Booking in was easy and staff super polite which is the normal in Japan. Before dinner we went to the hot springs bath and relaxed in the lovely hot waters. We had booked in for dinner 6.30 pm. in the main dining room , we went in the Yukata’s that the hotel provided, very relaxing. Dinner was a set menu, typical Japanese food, about ten little bowls containing different items, miso soup, different Sashimi’s, chicken , pickles , eel, which this area is famous for and another lovely small fried fish, plenty to fill you up and for sweets a huge piece of water melon. The room did have a bath and shower but didn’t use them as we used the hot spring baths, there was free wifi, a safe and good TV. Slept well. First thing in the morning we went to the outside hot bath before going and enjoying a smorgasbord breakfast. In the Rockpool baths they supply all you need , body soap , shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers etc, always a nice experience. Typical Japanese breakfast , no cereals but plenty to choose from. We had trout and puffer fish, plenty of veggies, the scrambled egg was scrumptious. Plenty of fruit, mango , orange and delicious pineapple. While we went of doing a boat ride on the canals the hotel held our luggage for us, very handy. The hotel also has a good gift shop. We enjoyed our stay, gives you a real Japanese hotel experience.

Central easy walk to great restaurants and quenelles and sightseeing highlights of Yanagawa. Modern reception with ultra friendly staff who made us feel most welcome even with the language barrier. Kuniko-San was on reception when we checked in and served us breakfast each day. She was so helpful, engaging and incredibly welcoming. Traditional Japanese Breakfast was included in our tariff and changed each morning, delicious, pickled vegetables, grilled fish, rice with Tsukudani, miso , marinated octopus with vegetables, tamago & green tea & filter coffee. The room was traditional Japanese large and spacious 10 tatami with extra futons for increased cushion. The best part was the view from the room overlooking a lovely traditional Japanese garden, very private, and shielded from the bright morning sun by surrounding trees. I highly recommend this lovely hotel for an authentic Japanese experience

I came to Kyushu at the end of the year and the beginning of the year and looked for a hotel near Fukuoka Tenjin to go to Dazaifu on New Year's Day, but I was here because it was expensive and Yanagawa was cheaper than Tenjin, and the train flight was good. 1 night 8300 yen was cheaper than the center of Fukuoka, and it was convenient for sightseeing within 1 hours by train for the distance to go to Dazaifu the next day. It is a few minutes walk from the station to the hotel (the opposite direction to the shuttle bus stop down the boat). The room was also very good for the price.

ONCRI It is read as Oncri. I couldn't stay overnight, so I used the day trip hot spring. ONCRI is the big building you can see right in front of you as you enter the hot spring town of Furuyu. My first impression was, ”It's big!” It's nice that even though it's a large accommodation facility, you can use the hot springs for day trips regardless of the time of day. The price is 1300 yen. Comes with one towel. The hot springs are very warm and perfect for a long soak. There are many different types of bathtubs to enjoy, including a sauna, jet bath, open-air bath, steam bath, barrel bath, and cascading bath, and even I, who was from Karasu no Gyosui, was able to enjoy it for an hour. Lockers for shoes and valuables The lockers in the changing room are either free or 100 yen refundable, so you don't need to pay anything other than the bathing fee. It would be nice to enjoy the cafe in the hotel lobby after taking a bath. I definitely want to stay overnight next time.

We took the Yufuin-no-Mori route back from Beppu and stopped at Kurume for one night. It was quite convenient and clean. There was a big supermarket nearby and a convenience store not far away. But there was really nothing to see in Kurume, so it was just a place to pass by.

One of the best service i ever experienced in my life. We were having difficulty trying out the famous yakitori in this town (FYI, you would need to make reservation in advance which we were not aware of), as such we went to check with the receptionist at the front desk at around 11pm on the last night of our stay. The receptionist was very helpful. She tried her best to assist us to call multiple yakitori shops nearby and recommended us the one just opposite our hotel. We placed our order (for take out orders to our hotel) with the yakitori shop that was recommended by the receptionist but unfortunately, we did not collect our order in full as we did not check our orders collected and realized that we missed out on a few items after collecting the orders to our hotel rooms. To our surprise, our order that was not collected was delivered to our doorstep by the receptionist lady. The service experienced was beyond our expectation. We would like to express our greatest appreciation to the staff that assisted us. Thank you very much! どうもありがとうございます。

It's the title. Although it is in the corona, the bad breakfast is that far, and the oil is old, and the taste of the oil is quite long after fried, and the other is cheaper than the Bento shop. Moreover, the waiter is in an order tone. Priority to himself than the customer. There were several, for example, when pouring miso soup, use a paper cup (although there is a miso soup). I can't help but try to have a paper cup, and why do you talk about drinks suddenly to people who pour miso soup? The room is normal. The performance of the massage chair in the urin was not very good. The front desk is very polite, so it is a pity.

EETflyerI used a coupon in Kyushu and used it in hot water, so it was cheap. I went in the morning, so there were no other guests, and the bath was monopolized. I think the bath was down from the entrance and down, so I think it was along the river. There were two bathtubs, the inside was normal or slightly warm, the outside was wet and the bottom was gravel. The towel was ready for a change place. The parking lot is also in front of the inn, but there was a large parking lot with other inn (parking lot is designated for each inn) when I walked a little in two or three cars.
AAlbertoI loved this place. I felt so relaxed and looked after with an amazing service. The room was fantastic. I loved the modern Japanese traditional style. I will come back one day🙏🦚
Nnaomim961I thought I would have time because it was a one-person trip, but I had a bookcase and was very happy to read while shaking by a hammock. The rice was very delicious, and there was a connection between other customers as a countermeasure against corona, and I didn't care at all. Sukiyaki is of course delicious, but Yamame? The sweet dew boiling was really delicious and I could eat as much rice. I liked the sashimi konjaku of Yuzu flavor. The hot spring also had a wet bath and a hot bath, and it was put in as much as I went and went. As a problem, there was no elevator and the room on the third floor and the underground bath were far away, and it took time to get hot water from the shower of the bath. As for the elevator, I felt it was hard for the elderly and the inconvenient foot. As for the shower, it was only necessary to wait for hot water to come out in the bathtub, so there was no problem if I knew in advance. The breakfast was all delicious. I want to go to the hammock again.
马马There are very few foreign tourists. They are places where local people go to hot springs. Because there are fewer tourists, communication is a bit difficult. A thin man at the front desk will speak a little English, patiently tell us about the hotel facilities, warm smiles, poor communication. At the time, let us draw on the map, the location is far from the Saga JR station, more than 8 kilometers. The hotel shuttle runs every hour, but the shuttle location is very difficult to find. At the north exit, follow the left, semi-circular passage to the side of the road, under a traffic light, there is a North Island dessert shop opposite. The location of the South Exit Shuttle is more concealed. The South Exit is a parking lot, and the parking lot is on the south side of the road. It is basically not visible at the exit. The hotel spa is not bad, there are several, and there are open air. Hotel breakfast is pure Japanese, one person, not used to eat! Dinner is good, there is Saga beef, the taste is good, the mother of the restaurant does not speak English, but the smile of the face and the warm Japanese introduction, I don't understand, but people are moved! There is a children's play area, kids like it! I feel that many locals are specializing in hot springs, and it seems that they are not fully accommodated. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the train station. The traffic jam at the peak of the commute near Saga train station is a bit serious.
DDaisukeMakiIt is a general citizen's evaluation that I love to relax in a reasonable inn of less than 10000 and there is no edge in a luxury inn. The facilities are sufficient. It is an old facility, but it is clean and good impression. The staff is kind, polite, polite and very good impression. As a hot spring, wide 々, the spring quality is also good and very good hot spring. Shampoo rinse was also good and you can go hanging by hand because you have towels. The meal is the best. The amount was more than enough, the taste and the richness of the menu were satisfactory. It is an inn that I want to visit regularly because it is close to the house.
